Robert Pattinson, FKA Twigs Called Off Wedding For Commitment Issues?
Twilight star Robert Pattinson has been engaged with singer FKA Twigs for over a year and still the couple has not decided on a wedding date. The delay in their marriage seems to be causing a lot of trouble, as FKA Twigs still thinks that her fiancé still has deep feelings for Kristen Stewart. There are recent reports that suggest that Pattinson and Twigs have been planning to part their ways for good before they take their relationship to another stage.
After Pattinson and Stewart parted their ways, the actor started dating Twigs. The couple got engaged in 2015, but now it seems that this is it for their relationship. According to Parent Herald, the actor has allegedly called off his wedding. The report further suggests that it was the actor who put a stop to all their wedding preparations because of commitment issues.
“[She] isn’t the girl for him,” an insider shared. “She’s very jealous and he was sick of having to explain himself.”
The insider further revealed that the actor has reportedly realized that he is too young to get married and start a family.
A report from Celeb Dirty Laundry further suggested that, even after their breakup, Pattinson still has feelings for Stewart, and he still thinks about their time together. An insider revealed to the online news portal that Pattinson and Twigs are polar opposites and have nothing in common. Pattinson’s personal interests often collide with Twigs’, and they both end up in fighting.
“Rob says that he is still in love with Twigs, but he is not in love with the idea of marriage anymore. He is hoping for a very long engagement. Rob told pals that he misses the wild life he had with Kristen. Twigs is her polar opposite, which is part of the reason Rob loves her, but he can’t help but miss all of the spur-of-the-moment things that he used to do with Kristen.”
“Seeing Rob at the Met Gala helped Kristen come to terms with ending her relationship wth Soko. She realized that she still hasn’t found that deep connection with anyone since she was with Rob.”
The source further revealed that the Stewart misses Pattinson a lot and still thinks that he is her soulmate.
“He was like her soulmate and that’s what she’s looking for in a relationship. Hanging out with Rob, even for just a small amount of time, reminder her that what she’s really yearning for is a soul bond. She’s ok with holding out until she finds that kind of love.”
However, Gossip Cop refuted all the reports from Christian Daily and stated that everything is going well between Pattinson and Twigs, and Stewart is nowhere near thinking about getting back together with him again. And without any official statement from the representatives, one can also assume that the reports from Parent Herald and Celeb Dirty Laundry are also just speculation. In addition to this, Hollywood Life stated that the actress has moved on in her life and is very happy for Pattinson and Twigs’ wedding. Reportedly, Stewart has nothing to do with him anymore, as she is very busy in her professional life.
“Kristen just wants nothing but happiness for Rob, having hurt him all those years ago and she believes Tahliah is just what he deserves. From what she could see they are perfect for one another, and when they greeted each other it was all very pleasant and there was no animosity now because it’s all water under the bridge.”
