Taylor Swift Thinks New Man Tom Hiddleston Is ‘The One’

Taylor Swift might have just broken up with ex Calvin Harris, but that didn’t stop her from frolicking on the beach in Rhode Island with her new boyfriend Tom Hiddleston. Now that everyone has recovered from the news that Taylor and Tom are a thing, we’re learning little details about their blossoming relationship.

One of those details is that even though this is “early days” in their relationship, Swift thinks the Thor actor might be “the one.” According to E!, a source close to the couple said that while Swift was initially hesitant about entering into a new relationship so quickly after ending things with Harris, in the end she felt that her ex wasn’t giving her what she wanted or needed.

“She was ready to move on towards the tail end of their relationship anyway.”

Here’s the real shocker — the source went on to say, “Taylor said she thinks he is the one, as odd and new as it sounds.”

As for all the media attention, it doesn’t seem to bother Tom or Taylor one bit. A source told E! of how both stars feel about their new relationship

“Tom wants to be with Taylor. [They are] already very attached [and] text all the time.”

The relationship is extremely new, and this has given people some skepticism about how long this relationship will last. Even Hiddleston had some questions about whether or not he’s a rebound. The said, it’s a definite that Taylor is “not on rebound mode.”

By now we know that Swift met Tom Hiddleston at the Met Gala, prior to her split with her former beau. Although Taylor wasn’t single, there was a video of Taylor and Tom dancing the night away that went viral. People even noted how close and comfortable they looked with each other.

Of that initial meeting, a source said, “There was an immediate attraction. She felt like she was a little school girl with a huge crush. She loves the fact that Tom acts like such a mature man. She loves that he is older. She feels very safe and protected with him. The attraction is very strong.”

Before they went public with their relationship, Tom Hiddleston already seemed smitten with Swift. Days after their initial meeting at the Met Gala, and Hiddleston sounded like he was over the moon with meeting Taylor. During an interview with MTV, the actor said.

“‘I sat next to her at dinner that night and she was very charming. She is amazing. I mean, I’ve seen a couple of her, like, videos. I think I remember Shake It Off was released around the time we made [his film] I Saw the Light. And, erm, she’s very cool. Yeah.”

But that’s not all! According to Hollywood Life, Taylor wants her mother to meet Tom. “Taylor would love for her mom to meet Tom. She’s eager to introduce them to each other. Taylor and her mom are super close, so it’s just a matter of time that the three of them will get to spend time together.”

Since there’s insider info that Swift thinks Hiddleston may be “the one,” coupled with the news that she wants her mother to meet him, this has led us to believe that these two are quite serious. A source backs up the claim, saying, “If Taylor and Tom weren’t serious, she wouldn’t waste her mom’s time.”

Looks like Swiddleston is here to stay!
