Calvin Harris Hangs With His Boys In Vegas As Taylor Swift Frolicks With Tom Hiddleston On The East Coast

Calvin Harris is doing his best to move on from his relationship with Taylor Swift. The Scottish DJ has been focusing on his music career by dropping a new music video and performing in Las Vegas.

But, Calvin Harris, 32, is aware that Sin City is the best place to let loose after a breakup. Harris has been keeping his spirits high since he announced his split from Swift earlier this month. Now, he’s been trying to get over her by partying it up in Las Vegas with his good friends at the EDC Festival. Harris was all smiles as he watched a fireworks show at the festival, which took place over the weekend.

He captioned the clip, “I didn’t play but EDC was f****ing amazing tbh.”

Calvin shared the Snapchat clip of himself bobbing his head along to the music as he panned the camera around so his fans could see the festivities for themselves. Then, he followed up with a selfie of himself alongside a friend and the caption, “Thanks for the lift.”

The music producer was also seen partying in Las Vegas with Towie star Mark Wright, according to the British tabloids. Harris and Wright bumped into each other at EDC and posed for a photo together. Then Wright took to his Instagram to share the selfie along with the caption, “He da man!!”

Mark Wright isn’t the only guy who Calvin Harris partied with lately. Last week, the chart-topping producer shared a photo of himself with Brazilian footballer Neymar. He shared a photo with the caption, “Neymar in the club!!”

According to the British tabloids, Calvin is still “devastated” over his split with Taylor. He can’t believe that the pop star has moved on so quickly with The Night Manager star. Calvin knew that a boys’ night out is exactly what he needed.

Sources say that Harris has been relying on his close circle of friends to help him get over his famous ex-girlfriend. “He also partied with Mark Wright the other week – he likes him a lot as he’s fun and it helped take his mind off her.”

Another source told the Sun, “He is truly and absolutely heartbroken. He is trying to put a brave face on it throwing himself into work and the gym but the truth is he really did think she was the woman he was going to marry – his family LOVED Taylor!”

Earlier this month, Calvin Harris was spotted having dinner with singer Frank Ocean in Malibu. Then he headed to Las Vegas to perform one of his ongoing gigs at the Omnia nightclub at Caesars Palace and then at the Wet Republic pool party at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, which included plenty of young partygoers and bikini-clad women, according to E! News. Some of his female fans took noticed of the newly single Harris and shared clips on Instagram.

This news comes shortly after it was reported that Calvin is planning to write a breakup song on his upcoming fifth album. He’s even considering collaborating with Kanye West or Rihanna. However, a feature with Kanye may be more fitting, since he’s not on good terms with Taylor at the moment. Last week, Calvin was spotted wearing various pairs of Yeezy trainers to and from the gym.

“Kanye is up for doing something with Calvin and Rihanna and now Calvin’s no longer with Taylor anything is possible. Calvin feels that talking publicly is not the way to go, but expressing things in music is the better option. He’s currently working on some new music and has been milling over some tunes about heartbreak, deceit and lost love.”

It was also reported that it was Swift who reportedly dumped Harris over the phone, similar to what DNCE front man Joe Jonas did to her back in 2008. According to reports on the Daily Mail and TMZ, Swift decided to end their relationship shortly after he was “recovering from a horrifying crash” on May 20 in Los Angeles. Sources claim that the singer said that she “needed some space.” Harris was understandably shocked because he assumed she “was in it for the long haul and wanted to help him recover.”

But another source told TMZ that Taylor immediately flew from Nashville to Los Angeles to be by Calvin’s side after his crash. Then a few weeks after their split, Taylor was spotted kissing Tom Hiddleston at a beach near her home in Rhode Island. Their beach day was filled with plenty of kissing and hand holding.

“They were all over each other — hugging and kissing — even though there were 20 people coming and going on the beach,” an eyewitness told the Sun. “They looked like any young couple madly in love without a care in the world.”

Since then, Swift and Hiddleston were spotted entering a private jet to an unknown location. Then, Hiddleston was spotted leaving Swift’s New York City apartment and heading to the gym in Swift’s car. The singer has been quietly staying at her new West Village apartment, where she’ll stay while her Tribeca apartment undergoes renovation.

The $40,000 per month four-story townhouse features five bedrooms, six bathrooms. The 4,357-square foot property also includes a two-story patio and private garage. There’s no doubt that Tom will be having plenty of sleepovers at Taylor’s place.
