Are Rob Kardashian And Blac Chyna Faking Their Engagement? Report Claims Kris Jenner Is Pulling The Strings To Get The Family More Attention

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna may be faking their engagement and plans to get married, with Kris Jenner reportedly pulling the strings for the couple in order to maximize their media exposure.

Kris Jenner has long been accused of meddling in her daughters’ relationships, offering advice on marriages and break-ups all in the name of bringing more attention to the multi-million dollar Kardashian reality television empire. She’s even earned the nickname “momager” for her ability to insert herself into the lives of her family.

Now, there are new allegations she may be doing the same thing with her son. Earlier this year, Rob Kardashian announced a surprising engagement to model and music video actress Blac Chyna, and the couple later announced that they were expecting a child.

But there is already evidence that Kris Jenner is manipulating the relationship in order to bring more ratings to their television show. Radar Online noted (via Jezebel) that the latest episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians had a fudged timeline of when the two got engaged.

Rob’s surprise proposal to Blac Chyna blindsided his sisters in the clip, and they spent the night of April 4, 2016, facetiming with him after he decided to bail on the family trip to Vail. The razor-sharp Keeping Up with the Kontinuity Errors column tracked down the timeline, and that dinner and conversation actually took place BEFORE his official announcement that he was tying the knot with Tyga’s baby mama!

The episode went on to generate quite a bit of drama regarding the engagement announcement. The Kardashian girls found out that Rob proposed to her at a strip club, something they ended up learning through celebrity news websites.

“Rob is such a p—y,” Khloe said. “I’m not going to cover for him anymore. What am I covering for him anymore for?”

“I don’t care if he tells me, I truly could care less.” Kim added.

There have already been reports that Kris Jenner is pulling all the strings in the relationship between Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian. She has reportedly been shopping stories about them to celebrity tabloids and offering to sell pictures of their wedding and their baby.

Bossip even reported that Kris Jenner gave them an edict to remain married for “at least three years” in order to maximize their media exposure. She also apparently wants them to choose a name for the baby now so that she can begin trademarking it out for sale.

But there are other reports that Kris is wary of the relationship and believes that Rob may not actually be the father of Blac Chyna’s unborn child.

“Kris has been talking to Rob about the possibility of Blac cheating earlier this year. Kris is using Blac’s trip to Trinidad in February with Amber Rose as her prime example of when Blac may have fooled around,” a source told Hollywood Life. “Kris has been trying to convince Rob that the timing of that trip and her pregnancy coincide, and that is awfully suspicious.”

There is already some evidence that Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian are trying to squeeze every bit of attention they can out of the engagement. The couple used Instagram to share details with fans, revealing their engagement in a series of photos.

Some family members have also spoken out against the rumors that Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian may be faking their engagement in order to steal some of the spotlight. In a recent interview, Kim Kardashian said that the family members are actually happy for Rob and that Blac Chyna’s a “sweet girl.”
