I think it should be up and comers with not a lot of movie baggage that play the part. These are characters that can build and you need it to be the same people if they do 3 movies. NO, he is NOT Christian Grey…I read the original ff when it was titles Master of the Universe…'Christian' was Edward from Twilight and 'Anastasia was 'Bella' from Twilight…all of the thousands of fans of the original ff envisioned Rob or something more like Edward/Rob from the original Twilight Saga…Ryan Gosling doesn't come anywhere near that mark…he's talented, etc. but he's the worng choice for THIS movie.

When I was reading the books, I couldn't help but envision Kellan Lutz, Chris Hemsworth or even Zac Efron (who has those amazing blue eyes) as Christian Grey. I LOVE Gosling but he's no Grey. I am praying they cast a 'nobody' that suits the roll better than anyone in Hollywood at the moment. As for Anastasia – I still can't picture her, but if I had to… I pictured her looking like Ashley Greene or Olivia Wilde.
