Kim Kardashian: Intense Reaction To Rob’s Engagement Is Tearing Kardashian Family Apart

Kim Kardashian and her family have never been huge fans of Rob Kardashian’s hot and heavy romance with former stripper Blac Chyna, but now they feel like the two getting engaged is actually pulling Rob away from the Kardashian clan. Needless to say, reports E! News, Kim and company are not happy and did not censor themselves when speaking their minds about the situation.

“It’s f****d up!” Khloe Kardashian said when she learned about the engagement.

Kim’s harsh reaction was not due just to the fact that Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna will be tying the knot, but also to the channel through which the majority of the Kardashian family found out. That is, Rob did not tell his family about his huge news before informing the rest of the world, as is generally the trend with monumental announcements like engagements, pregnancies, or deaths in the family.

Kim and the rest of the Kardashian women, who were away on a ski trip in Vail when the engagement happened, did not receive a phone call or even a text message letting them know about the news. Instead, they read about it online. Not surprisingly, this impersonal medium made the Kardashians feel Rob is not valuing his family ties enough and that his relationship with Blac Chyna is actively working against the relationships he has had since birth.

“We wake up to all these pictures of my brother getting engaged. How does our own brother not tell us?” Kim said angrily on last night’s episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

Khloe seconded Kim’s disappointment, elaborating that she feels Rob is drifting away.

“He just keeps doing things to keep this divide between us, which I find disturbing. It’s almost like, is someone in his ear giving him all this information that he should stay away from us? I can’t handle it.”

Some of the Kardashians may be on Kim’s side in the matter, but Hollywood Life reveals Kourtney Kardashian, who says it really does not matter how Rob goes about his engagement as long as it makes him happy, is certainly not.

“My brother is the happiest I’ve seen him in a long time and I hope everything’s genuine and sincere. It’s not up to us, so why cause unnecessary drama?” Kourtney asked.

When met with opposition from the other Kardashian ladies, who insisted Blac Chyna is a bad influence and Rob Kardashian deserves better, Kourtney’s response reflected her growing annoyance.

“I just don’t give a flying f**k,” she shouted. “It’s not our f*****g decision!”

Kourtney turned her wrath on Kim in particular, saying that she was supporting Rob the least out of any of the Kardashian family, and it was no wonder he wanted nothing to do with her.

“That’s exactly why he didn’t tell you; because you’re a f*****g b***h,” Kourtney ranted at Kim.

The initial news of the engagement may have been a bit of a shock, but it seems Kim has come around a bit since then, judging by the interview she gave in the recently-released July edition of GQ.

“We’re all on board,” the Kardashian Queen commented.

“We definitely see that my brother is happy and getting healthy, and whatever gets him to that place, you know, we’re happy for him.”

That’s quite a shift from what we have been hearing.

“I think people want to feel like we’re all beefing and have this crazy fight, and we’re really not. I think the drama naturally follows us,” Kim continues. “Chyna’s a sweet girl, and I think we all have so many things going on in our lives that we just want my brother to be happy.”

Okay, but it’s difficult to believe the perceived controversy is just a product of media sensationalism when we saw the words coming from Kim’s mouth, along with the mouths of the rest of the Kardashians.

Rob Kardashian himself also insists his family is “very happy” about his engagement, reports X17, although he admits they have not yet congratulated him publicly.

We’ll have to wait and see how the engagement and tentative marriage actually goes on Rob & Chyna, a series starring the couple that is already confirmed to air on E!
