Justin Bieber Suffers Serious Onstage Fall During Concert, Was In ‘Visible Pain’

Justin Bieber took what looked like a serious fall off stage at his Purpose World Tour concert in Saskatoon, Canada, on Thursday night (June 16).

Based on the tsunami of videos that surfaced on Justin Bieber fan accounts shortly after the pop icon’s tumble, it’s clear the Biebs was adjusting his clothes and not looking where he was walking when he fell into a riser hole.

Risers launch performers into the air, and it’s unclear whether the hole left open on stage was an oversight.

Footage shows the Biebs hit his head, right arm, and shoulder. He may have also hurt his legs. The 22-year-old already has a chronic neck injury for which he receives treatment by a chiropractor. It’s possibly the accident may have thrown his body out of alignment.

Watch the shocking “Thud” moment below, which was audible because of the mic in the star’s hand at the time.

After climbing out of the hole, Justin told the screaming SaskTel Center crowd, “Good thing I’m like a cat I landed on my feet — Oh my God. That scared the f**k outta me.”

Bieber then proceeded to stretch out his arms and legs after his fall.

Despite the Canadian’s attempts at levity, eyewitnesses at the show tweeted that the heartthrob appeared to be in “visible pain” during the rest of the show and made a number of telling changes to his routines.

One fan who was at the show claimed Bieber did not lift the female dancer as he typically does during their dance sequence in the song “No Pressure.” The singer also didn’t sing “Purpose,” his album title track.

Another fan tweeted that he didn’t jump around as much as he normally does on the trampoline during the song “Company,” and was spotted holding his arm.

A closer look at Bieber’s fall.

It’s not the first time Bieber has fallen onstage. He previously fell flat on his rear during the encore performance of his mega hit “Sorry” earlier this year.

Maybe someone needs to have a word with Bieber’s Purpose Tour production manager about making the stage a safe place for the superstar, considering he gets into enough scrapes offstage.
