Nicole Kidman Gushes Over Husband Keith Urban Ahead Of Their 10th Anniversary
After nearly 10 years of marriage, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban still can’t get enough of each other. The couple is just as smitten with one another as they were the day they first said their “I dos” and simply prove that true and long-lasting love is a possibility in the world of celebrity. The couple’s stunning wedding at St. Patrick’s Estate in Sydney’s iconic Manly a decade ago proved to be the fairy tale event that led to a real-life fairy tale marriage.

Since tying the knot, the couple have welcomed Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret, their two beautiful daughters. As Woman’s Day shares, the only regret the pair has is that their paths did not intertwine earlier in life. Kidman spoke about her wish to have two more children with the country singer.
“I wish I could have met him much earlier and had way more children with him, but I didn’t. I mean, if I could have had two more children with him that would have been just glorious.”
Nicole was previously married to Hollywood leading man Tom Cruise, with whom she shares two adopted children, Isabella Jane, 24, and Connor Anthony, 21. The pair split in 2001, with the Top Gun star citing “irreconcilable differences” as the cause of the divorce.
Keith Urban also gushed over his gorgeous wife and shared that she is “an amazing wife and mother” who is also his “best friend.”
Nicole went on to share just how wonderful their years of marriage have been, Wonderwall shares her words, based on the interview with Woman’s Day.
“It’s been the best ten years of our lives. We’re still very much in love and committed to each other.”
Kidman then went on to relay that it’s their own parents who are the inspiration that both she and Keith needed in their lives to be the perfect example of true loving couples.
“We are really so inspired by our parents who both celebrated 50-year wedding anniversaries.”
Just to make every woman around the globe swoon over Keith Urban even more, Nicole revealed back in 2014 that her husband leaves her a reminder of his love every night he is away for work.
“For every single night he’s away, he leaves me a love letter. Every single night of our relationship.”
In the same 2014 interview with InStyle magazine, Kidman revealed why she and Keith are so perfect for one another, noting that she is country at heart and enjoys the simple things in life.
“I’m very country at heart. I have a real desire to be outdoors, a desire for simplicity—a slightly slower, relaxed approach to life. A community, not a big-city feel. That’s what I grew up with, and it’s what I prefer.”
The couple were married on June 25, 2006, and Keith notes that the longevity of their marriage thus far is a pretty incredible accomplishment as far as celebrity relationships go, the Daily Mail reports.
“I think it’s about 30 in Hollywood years. I feel incredibly grateful.”
