Kim Kardashian ‘Weirded Out’ By Scott Disick’s Extreme ‘Kardashian Curse’ Superstitions

Scott Disick recently came up with a theory that anyone who dates a member of the infamous Kardashian clan is cursed, and Kim Kardashian was none too amused.

What really makes the story noteworthy enough to be covered by huge publications like E News, though, are the extreme measures Disick took to rid himself of the “Kardashian curse,” which included seeing a psychic and performing a sacrificial ritual.

It all began when Disick started thinking about the men who have dated the Kardashian women. Whether they are now broken up with the Kardashian in question or married to her, points out Yahoo! TV, they don’t have a great track record. Lamar Odom overdosed on drugs, Kanye West developed his own addiction with his much-maligned Twitter rants, and now Disick is struggling with alcoholism and kidney problems that could bring an end to his career if he cannot stop his habits.

In fact, Disick said on last night’s edition of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, he was so convinced that he was the victim of the Kardashian curse after dating Kourtney that he went to see a psychic, accompanied by Kendall Jenner.

“Anybody that’s dated a Kardashian…has gotten cursed,” Scott told the psychic.

“There’s something going on in the water.”

The psychic performed a tarot card reading and confirmed that Scott was indeed suffering from a curse – she did not specify whether it was caused by dating a Kardashian or not – and that he should make a sacrificial offering of a rooster while dressed all in white to break the curse’s hold on him.

Disick was excited his suspicion about the Kardashian curse had been deemed accurate.

“It’s kind of scary but it’s kind of dope if it had some truth to it,” he said, before going to a local farm and selecting a very unfortunate rooster to bring home.

Once he had returned to the Kardashian manor and changed into an all-white ensemble, Disick made quick work of the rooster before soaking in an herbal bath, as the psychic had also directed him to do.

Public opinion may be divided as to whether curses – Kardashian or otherwise – and rituals actually have an effect or are just imaginary, but Kim Kardashian and sister Kourtney made it clear they were in the latter of those two camps when they returned home and found out about Disick’s words and actions.

“It’s not real,” Kim fumed. “I’m offended.”

Kourtney Kardashian, who it would seem still cares a lot about Scott even though the two are broken up, was even more disgusted, saying that him blaming his current drinking problems on a “Kardashian curse” and failing to take responsibility himself was ridiculous.

“You blame your actions on something else, somebody else,” scolded the younger of the two Kardashians.

“You just always have an excuse for everything.”

Scott reflected on what he had done, as well as the words the Kardashian girls had given him, and admitted he may have gotten a bit carried away.

“You know, I may have gotten a little caught up with this curse thing and maybe taken it a little too far, he said. “Maybe there’s not a curse, and maybe I should stop with the excuses.”

Satisfied, Kim and Khloe Kardashian left the room, and Disick almost immediately revealed to the camera that he had not fully meant what he had told the Kardashian couple; he still held a grudge against Kourtney.

“Who knows, if I tell Kourtney the rooster is gluten-free and organic-free she may keep the f**king thing,” he said, laughing.

Time will tell if the psychic’s ritual had any effect on the supposed Kardashian curse, and we’ll have to keep an eye on how Scott’s crusade against his drinking problems progresses.
