Serena Williams Hangs With Neymar To Make Boyfriend Alexis Ohanian Jealous?
Serena Williams may have just let the French Open title slip between her fingers, but that doesn’t mean that she is moping in a room! The world number one got to hang out with another world-class athlete, Neymar, and promptly uploaded their meeting on her Instagram. Let’s hope that she isn’t doing this to make her boyfriend Alexis Ohanian jealous!
“The 24-year-old bumped into Serena Williams and posed for a picture with her, before the WTA world number one uploaded the image to Instagram with a caption ‘Always be ready for summer. You never know when @neymarjr will show up’,” reports Daily Mail.

Being a top athlete means that they also have amazing bodies to show off on Instagram. Good for them!
Serena had to suffer another heartbreak when she lost out to Garbine Muguzura in the final of French Open 2016. Her 22nd major title continues to be elusive as Serena tries to break Steffi Graff’s record.
“Many players dream of winning grand slam titles but in an era dominated by Serena Williams few women have had a look in,” reports the Guardian. “Garbiñe Muguruza’s stunning 7-5, 6-4 victory against the American in the French Open final on Saturday not only gave the women’s game a new champion but someone who at 22 may just be the heir apparent to Williams’s throne.”

The cover was in celebration with the fact that she is now the highest-earning female athlete in the world.
“She has won 21 Grand Slam titles—more than any current professional tennis player, male or female—earned more than $77 million in prize money, launched her own fashion line, and opened two schools in Africa and one in Jamaica,” reports Glamour. “Now, for the first time in her career, Serena Williams has topped Forbes list of highest-paid female athletes.”
She emerged as number one in part due to the fact that the former highest paid athlete, Maria Sharapova, was tested positive for doping and was given a two-year suspension. The same article reports that she “lost several partnerships and will possibly face further consequences because her two-year suspension will prevent her from playing in the number of matches required by her contracts.”
Whatever her fellow tennis players are doing, Serena Williams is happily hanging out with Neymar, still training hard and at the same time sustaining a romantic relationship with her rumored boyfriend Alexis Ohanian.
“They’ve been keeping their romance under wraps, but Serena Williams and Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian are going strong,” reports Page Six. “We’re told the private tennis star took her techie beau along to a Web video shoot in Florida over the weekend.”

Who is this Alexis Ohanian, you may ask? Well he is known for being the founder of Reddit, which means that he comes from a world very different from Serena’s. Opposites attract, as they say!
“His net worth, according to a reliable source I’ll call “the Internet,” is in the neighborhood of $4.5 million, or approximately 3 percent of Williams’ own,” reports Slate Magazine. “That’s because he and co-founder Steve Huffman sold Reddit to Conde Nast in 2006, just a year after they launched it, and long before it blew up and became “the front page of the Internet.””
At least her boyfriend will be able to keep up with her in terms of success!
