‘The Bachelorette’ 2016 Spoilers: Episode 5 — Fireworks Explode And A Lot Of Guys Could Be Sent Home

This season of The Bachelorette is truly heating up, and it’s getting to the midway point where the guys that deserve to be there are still around and the stragglers have been sent home. In Episode 4, the villain known as Chad Johnson was sent packing by JoJo Fletcher, but the drama is far from over. Episode 5 will bring some big-time fireworks, and it will also see JoJo have to make a lot of decisions about who gets a rose and who doesn’t.

Please let it be known that there are possible spoilers ahead for the new and upcoming season of The Bachelorette starring JoJo Fletcher. If you don’t want to know them, stop reading now.

In last week’s Episode 4, it was the second part of a two-night event and things ended with Chad Johnson being sent home by JoJo. She finally saw his true colors and realized it was time for him to be sent packing as that was not the kind of guy she needed in her life.

Reality Steve is reporting that Episode 5 takes JoJo and the remaining guys go to Uruguay, but there is still the matter of the rose ceremony. There was one in the beginning of last week’s episode, but not the ending and that has to happen. Expect it early in the next edition of The Bachelorette.

Once that takes place, it’s time to move on to new things and that includes Jordan Rodgers finally getting a one-on-one date with JoJo. Together, they head to Isla De Lobos and swim with the seals. Not surprisingly, Jordan does end up getting a rose for his date with JoJo, and he will be around for at least one more week.

The second outing in Episode 5 is going to be a group date which has JoJo and eight other guys doing something together in Uruguay. Reality Steve isn’t sure what takes place on the date, but he does know that it includes Chase, Luke, James Taylor, Grant, Alex, Derek, Evan, and Wells.

The final date in Episode 5 of The Bachelorette is another one-on-one with Robby Hayes which will have them heading out together to enjoy some of the local flavors and entertainment. In the evening, they head to the Capi Bar in Punta del Este where there are some fireworks — and that is meant literally as explosions happen in the sky to end the date.

On this date, Robby is supposedly going to reveal something big to JoJo and it could very well have to do with his ex-girlfriend, Hope Higginbotham. As The Hollywood Gossip reported, she looks amazingly similar to JoJo and Roby may have been lying to the Bachelorette about his relationship with her.

Once the dates are done, there will be another rose ceremony elimination to bring the updated total of remaining guys to just eight. JoJo is going to send three more guys home, and they are:

  • Evan Bass
  • Vinny Venteria
  • Grant Kemp

Unfortunately, there won’t be an episode of The Bachelorette this Monday, and that is due to the NBA Finals. Game 5 will take place between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors, but JoJo and the guys will return to ABC next week.

Please remember that ABC does often edit the episodes of their shows in different ways. What you read here is going to happen, but it could take place across multiple episodes if the network decides to switch things up and prolong the drama.

The Bachelorette is going to take a week off due to the NBA Finals, but it will be returning with Episode 5 and in a big way on June 20. JoJo Fletcher has already sent home the guys that never really had that connection with her, but that means it is only going to get harder from here. Jordan Rodgers may have cemented his place in her heart, but there is still a long way to go.
