Dating Site Specifically For Donald Trump Supporters Promises To ‘Make Dating Great Again’
Are you a Donald Trump supporter whose dating life has gone to the dogs? Do you have a hard time finding other Trump fans to talk with about building walls and rounding up illegals? If so, then David Goss has the site for you. Thirty-five-year-old Goss, a self-described “lifelong Republican,” was hanging out some buddies in February when they came up with the idea of the dating site. Goss told the New York Post that the idea hit him after a gal-pal of his told him a story about being out on a date with a Hillary Clinton supporter. When she told her date that she was a Donald Trump voter, “he stared at her blankly, stood up, and walked out,” leaving her with the check.
“I think there’s a special stigma when people say they’re supporting Trump, because of some of the brash things that he’s said. That immediately gets [projected] on his supporters, and it makes it hard for them when trying to date.”
TrumpSingles.com was launched on May 16, and since it opened, more than 800 Donald Trump voters have signed up. While the dating site is initially free to sign up, users can only send a single message per day unless they shell out the $4.95 monthly fee. Goss says the majority of users are from New York City, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C., and users of the site can search for their match using things like age, location, and interests.
According to Time, Goss was originally worried that people would think the Donald Trump dating site was nothing more than a parody website, but he’s since received good feedback from site users that put his mind at ease.

If a Donald Trump dating site isn’t your cup of tea, you can check out BernieSingles.com, a dating site “where progressives meet.” The website boasts 20,000 users and promises to “inspire chemistry” among those who share the same political views and who “share the philosophy championed by U.S. Senator and Presidential Candidate Bernie Sanders.”

If you’re for Hillary, however, you may be out of luck. The closest dating site for the former Secretary of State is a Facebook group called “Single Moms for Hillary” that has only one “like.”
For those of you vowing to move out of the United States if Donald Trump is elected President, there’s also a dating site for you. It’s called Maple Match, and its aim is to pair Americans fleeing a Trump presidency with Canadian partners willing “to save them from the unfathomable horror of a Trump presidency.”
Joe Goldman, the CEO of Maple Match, says the site has seen “immense traffic” and huge signup numbers in recent months, and that they are currently wait-listing users in order to deal with the larger-than-expected number of signups. They’ve also had to put matching potential partners on the back burner while they deal with the overload of users but says they will get back to it as soon as they’re able.
Whether you’re a loyal Donald Trump supporter, a Bernie Sanders fan, or an American trying to escape a country run by Trump, there’s a dating site for you out there. It seems, however, that poor Hillary Clinton voters will have to find their soul mates the old fashioned way — random Tinder hookups.
