Ever since her role of Rachel Green on Friends, Jennifer Aniston has been a big inspiration to women all around the world. “It’s just age and beauty. Beauty reflects confidence and keeps it going, you know? I guess you reach a point of peace with it all.”

One of the beauty secrets that has helped Jennifer Aniston maintain her youth and stunning shape is doing yoga three times a week as well as practicing pilates once a week. But that’s not it. The actress also does cardio exercises such as running, spinning and elliptical every single day, and then finishes it up with a set of sit-ups and some stretches.

Another huge secret that helps Jennifer Aniston look much younger than her age is having healthy sleeping habits as well as drinking plenty of water throughout the day. These two factors have long been considered the best ways to keep your skin glowing.

As for her diet, Jennifer Aniston reveals that she always keeps track of what she puts in her mouth. First thing in the morning, the Friends actress has a nutrition-filled breakfast drink, which presents a delicious mix of berries and chocolate milk.

After reading about Jennifer Aniston’s smoothie, a popular celebrity nutritionist named Kelly LeVeque revealed to E! Online why a berry smoothie is a perfect drink for breakfast to maintain your beauty.

“Raspberries deliver potassium, phosphorous and potassium to the body and are low on the glycemic index.”

In order to achieve the same effect Jennifer Aniston gets from her breakfast smoothies, LeVeque also shared a special raspberry smoothie recipe that is great for your skin and body as a whole.

In order to make that raspberry smoothie and feel like Jennifer Aniston, you’ll need 20 grams of collagen protein, a tablespoon of MCT Oil, two tablespoons of chia seeds, a handful of spinach, ¼ cups of raspberries and two cups of iced green tea.

And all you need to do with these ingredients is place them in a blender and blend until smooth.

Jennifer Aniston also thinks that youth is wasted on the young, according to Design & Trend. The 47-year-old actress admitted that her confidence has built up over the years.

Jennifer Aniston said that young people make a lot of wrong choices and don’t take care of their skin properly. The former Friends star, who married The Leftovers actor Justin Theroux in August 2015, reveals that she is currently at “a very peaceful” time in her life.

“I literally wake up every day and feel very lucky. I feel very fortunate. I got a good one – a very sweet, kind man.”
