‘Pretty Little Liars’ Season 7 Spoilers: Jason DiLaurentis Returning To Rosewood

Jason DiLaurentis/Drew Van Acker fans, there is some great news for Pretty Little Liars Season 7. The character is returning to Rosewood, and he will appear in Episode 7.

Marlene King had previously called PLL Season 7 the “season of homecomings,” and that is shaping up to be very true. Jenna and Noel have already been confirmed, and now Jason will be featured in the season. While some are out for revenge, could it be that they all work together to finally take down Uber A, also known as A.D? Will they figure out who this person is, or are they all just red herrings for along the way.

It is likely that Jason’s return will be linked to A.D and Mary King. He possibly won’t know about his mother being a twin and will wonder whether Jessica DiLaurentis is really alive. It wouldn’t be the first time one of his family members has come back from the dead! King has confirmed that there will be an awkward dinner in Liars with him, his sister and his aunt, as Entertainment Weekly reports. Will some truths be revealed then?

Another reason he has to come back is that Elliot now has the controlling share of the family business, through his marriage to and voluntary incarceration of Alison. It could set up some dangerous situations for Jason, who has started running the business after finding out about it during the Pretty Little Liars Season 6 finale. The controlling share was something Elliot made a thing about in his final speech to Mary, so it makes sense that this will come up in Season 7.

There are still many questions surrounding Liars Season 7. It is likely that this is the final season, especially in this form. King believes that the show can’t continue with the main characters, but there is always room for the story to continue with another set of actors. Would people continue to watch the show if this was the case?

With it potentially being the final season, it is likely that A.D. will be revealed. The full reason behind his or her actions should be shared, along with Mary Drake and Elliot Rollins’ reasons for tormenting the Liars.

Fans also want to know about Hanna. Will she be alive in the Pretty Little Liars Season 7 premiere? There are hints that she will be killed, although many believe that this is unlikely. There are too many storylines left open, so fans will be angry if King does kill off the character.

Jenna and Noel’s involvement in all this is something else that fans are intrigued about. Are they just red herrings yet again, or will they have some main involvement this time? It looks like Jenna is out for revenge, but will she realize that the Liars have changed and it is time to move on with their lives?

Pretty Little Liars Season 7 is expected to be a faster pace than the seasons before. Each episode will have some sort of reveal for the identity of Uber A, and will push the story further to the finale rather than just to fill in between the gaps. Fans had complained by Season 5 that the story had dragged on too long for A’s reveal, and King admitted that it had been slow.

The premiere will air on June 21. It will then continue until the end of August, where it will likely take its mid-season break before being picked up again in January. Pretty Little Liars fans will need to tune in each week to see why characters are coming back and who A.D. really is.
