Taylor Swift: Business As Usual After Breakup With Calvin Harris

Taylor Swift really knows how to handle a situation, no matter how heartbreaking. It’s impossible not to feel any pain from breaking up abruptly with Calvin Harris. After all, Taylor and Calvin had been together for 15 months.

You just don’t walk away from a relationship like that, unless you had been romancing the stone. So it wasn’t surprising when Taylor Swift decided to show up at a New Jersey wedding of her fans in order to spend some quality time with them. Swifties feel Taylor when she does something like this. It’s therapy.

Taylor Swift figures that instead of sulking in her house after a recent breakup, it’s a far better idea to spend her time making somebody happy. And boy did she make a lot of people happy that day, recalls a DJ who was with the couple that was getting married in a hospital where the groom’s mom recently passed away.

TaySwift critics quickly saw the unfolding event as a publicity stunt, but people who have been covering Taylor Swift for a while know that when it comes to doing good deeds, Taylor rarely lets her left hand know what the right hand is doing. Actually, all one has to do is read Taylor Swift’s daily dose of words of wisdom from her tweets.

Her maturity is admirable, and especially her positive spin on anything that comes her way. In a way, she is like Beyoncé, too. As Queen Bey goes, when life throws you lemons, make lemonade. Only, Taylor Swift takes the saying a step further. When life throws Taylor lemons, she makes lemonade for somebody.

And so, by the end of the wedding ceremony, the DJ who saw all the touching events unfold, would become a Swiftie. His name was Michael Klebacher from Jersey Shore DJs. Billboard quotes Klebacher as follows.

Taylor knew exactly why she was coming there. She knew that the groom, who’s also in the military, is a superfan, and so is his wife. When his sister told this to Taylor, she was able to convey this.”

Taylor performed her hit song, “Blank Space” during the wedding celebration. The song was the mother and groom’s first dance song. The newlyweds were Max Singer and Kenya Smith, who are, of course, avowed Swifts, as Taylor Swift was aware.

According to DJ Klebacher : “These people have lost so much and give so much still. It’s fantastic.”

Taylor Swift could not have thought of a better couple to bring happiness to, and on the lovebirds’ wedding, too.

It was the groom’s sister, Ali, who gave Taylor Swift the scoop, and before Ali knew it, Swift was at the scene faster than a fairy. As expected, some jaws dropped at the party, although it was a good thing that nobody fainted. And of course, nobody was really sure if Taylor would show up until she did. After all, how often does a full-fledged celebrity show up at a wedding? Taylor Swift played the piano and sang one of her hit singles to everyone’s satisfaction.

The next Taylor Swift sighting would be at her gym in New York on Tuesday, according to Daily Mail. The celebrity was reportedly in a business as usual mode as she joined her fitness trainer with a smile on her face. Taylor had her hair in a practical ponytail and donned a workout T-shirt with her firm tummy showing. She also wore short black leggings and rubber shoes.

Getting back to her regular routine is definitely a step in the right direction. For aside from staying in shape, there’s nothing like a regular gym workout to keep oneself in high spirits. And Taylor Swift needs that now more than ever.
