Chloe Lukasiak Stars In New Reality Web Series, ‘Dance Moms’ Alum Puts Competing On Hold For Acting

Chloe Lukasiak is starring in a new reality web series, following her stint on Dance Moms. After sisters Maddie and Mackenzie Ziegler left the hit Lifetime series, multiple reports claimed that Lukasiak will be making a comeback to the show. It seems, however, that the 15-year-old has no interest in returning to ALDC.

According to International Business Times, Chloe Lukasiak will be having a web series of her own, as part of an online subscription with OwnZones.com. The Dance Moms alum will be posting weekly videos, giving fans an update on her personal life. She will also be giving tips and tricks for aspiring young dancers.

Fans who also wanted to know more about her workout routine will be happy to know that Chloe will be uploading fitness videos as well. The first clip uploaded on OwnZones.com shows Chloe doing her core workout and split routine.

After leaving Dance Moms and ALDC, Chloe Lukasiak joined Studio 19 Complex. She also joined quite a few competitions and even won several of them. Chloe hoped that the web series will inspire her fans to keep dancing and learning. She also hoped that they will get to know her a bit better with each episode.

“I’ll be taking you guys kind of behind the scenes into my real life. Just my every day acting, dancing, family and friends, stuff like that, things you guys like. I really hope that you enjoy it!”

In her first video, Chloe showed her fans her first dance costume. She shared that she wore it during a tap routine she performed when she was just 2-years-old. Interestingly, she did the routine with fellow Dance Moms alum Paige Hyland.

Just like Maddie Ziegler, Chloe Lukasiak‘s debut film, titled Center Stage: Dance Camp, will also premiere this year. The former reality star plays a dancer named Gwen, a prodigy participating in the camp. Lukasiak is also set to star in Cowgirl’s Story alongside actress Bailee Madison. She will play a goth girl named Savanah, while Madison will be the school newcomer, and they will both end up working together to put up an equestrian drill team.

With the Zieglers gone from Dance Moms, many reports predicted that it was only a matter of time before Lukasiak return to the Lifetime series. Given that it was not Maddie, nor Mackenzie, who made her want to leave in the first place, there is no truth to these rumors.

In an interview with Inside Dance, Chloe Lukasiak shared that she is extremely happy at this point in her life. Although she does not compete as often as she used to, the Dance Moms alum shared that she is contented with just performing in front of her fans. The former reality star also compared ALDC to Studio 19 Complex.

“After I left Dance Moms, I went to a new studio. It was a little different. Before the show, competitions were always super fun, but after the show it was just really different. It just wasn’t the same.”

Even though she is not competing as much, Chloe shared that she is still attending a lot of classes to help improve her technique. Although there are many opportunities coming her way, she shared that she will never give up on dancing.

“I still love dance. I’m not going to give up on that, I’m just not competing anymore.”

Chloe also currently has her own YouTube channel, in which she shares dancing clips, Q&A, and tutorial videos. In just a short span of time, the Dance Moms alum already has over 1,000,000 subscribers.
