Russian Man Uses Axe To Chop Off Friend’s Genitals After Losing Penis-Measuring Contest
The police in Russia have placed a 52-year-old man under arrest in what is sure to be considered a bizarre crime. It seems that two longtime friends decided to have a penis measuring contest, and after the tale of the tape was read, one of the men did not take the news well. According to reports, he allegedly took an axe and chopped off his friend’s genitals.
Reports indicate that alcohol was at the center of the attack. Prior to the contest, the two men were enjoying an extended drinking session in the Urals region of Bashkortostan, Russia. The two friends began arguing about the size of their manhood, and they decided that the best way to settle the argument was to have a penis-measuring contest.

The competition came to a gruesome end, though, as the loser, the 52-year-old who was deemed to have the smaller penis, became enraged and picked up an axe, which happened to be nearby, and attacked his friend. The younger Russian man, a 47-year-old, was first knocked unconscious by the swing of the axe his friend wielded. The Daily Mail wrote that after this, the 52-year-old allegedly chopped off the penis of his friend.
A statement from the police revealed that, apparently, words had not been enough to settle the argument.
“Over two days the men were binge drinking, which led to a violent argument. When words were exhausted, the attacker pulled out an axe and first struck the opponent on the head, then cut off his manhood.”
The police and emergency services were alerted to the man’s condition when a neighbor, who heard the painful screams of the man whose member had been chopped off, called the authorities. Local media coverage of the incident did not offer any details of whether or not the axe-wielding man had stuck around the scene of the crime or fled after he did the deed.
However, it is known that the Russian police have arrested the man who allegedly used the axe to chop off his friend’s genitals, although the authorities have not released the names of either man. The attacker will face charges for inflicting a “grave injury” upon his friend.
If he is convicted when his case is heard, the man could face as much as eight years in jail.

Although the question as to whether or not the two Russian men were really friends has been raised, residents of their village indicated that prior to the axing of the younger man’s penis by the older one, they had been pals. The men have lived in the village of Nikolsk and have known each other since childhood.
With any luck, they will be able to save the man’s severed penis, since, as Metro reported just last week, it is possible to reattach a penis. That story was about a man who lost his genitals to cancer and received a penis transplant from a deceased donor. However, the premise would be the same, and the man who lost his after the competition could regain full use of his penis again if the operation is done properly.
This is not the first time that alcohol has led to strange happenings in Russia; a country known for the love of drinking, especially vodka. However, one Russian drinking story had a decidedly happier ending. In this strange tale, a Russian man was believed to have dropped dead after too many vodka shots. To everyone’s surprise, he later woke up in the morgue and simply returned to the party and resumed his drinking.
