Tamar Braxton Blasts Former ‘Real’ Co-Hosts As ‘Phony B******’ As She Returns To Social Media

Tamar Braxton is returning to social media following the news that she was let go from The Real, and she appears to be throwing some serious shade at her former co-hosts.

According to Madame Noire, Tamar made her feelings for her former co-hosts very much known during her social media return on May 31 after Braxton both liked and commented on a fan’s post that slammed Loni Love, Adrienne Bailon, Jeannie Mai, and Tamera Mowry-Housley as “phony b******.”

The site posted a screenshot of a post uploaded to Instagram by social media user @unrulybadgyal, which showed Tamar sitting away from her former Real co-hosts as they took a selfie.

The caption then read, “when you in a room full of phony b******, it’s best to distance yourself,” alongside 13 smiley face emojis.

Tamar liked the photo on the social media site and then commented on the fan’s upload, “Pretty much,” alongside the nail painting emoji, which has fans believing Braxton’s exit from the show has caused serious drama with her former co-stars.

Tamar’s apparent slam came as Braxton made her big return to Instagram following a more than week-long hiatus after the surprising news of her departure from The Real.

Braxton posted her first photo to the social media site in more than a week on May 31, uploading a photo of a paper bag from Shake Shack alongside the caption, “I’m Back,” which also featured a heart emoji.

Tamar Braxton’s Shake Shack upload marked the first time Braxton had posted on the photo sharing site since May 22, when she told fans that she had been “stabbed in the back” by an unnamed person, or persons, assumed to be associated with The Real.

“I love u all but I have been stabbed in the back by someone I stupidly trusted (not my man or my sisters),” Braxton told fans in her Instagram post, confirming her departure from The Real.

“I am not about to be tried and tested to snitch and it’s not in good taste to tell you who… but as #tamartians you are very smart and can figure things out on your own,” Braxton continued, telling her Instagram followers that “every one who smiles in your face is NOT your friend and is NOT cheering for you and will LIE and try and tear u down to TRY and dim your light.”

But despite Braxton’s blast, Tamar’s former Real co-hosts appeared to deny that Braxton was referring to them shortly after the news of her departure broke, each taking to the social media site to praise Tamar amid the allegations.

Tamera Mowry-Housley posted a sweet shot of herself and Tamar to Instagram on May 24, admitting that she would “miss” sitting alongside Tamar on the daytime talk show.

“Words can not express how much I will miss working with you side by side. You could always count on our end of the table to be hilarious because of our genuine banter,” Tamera captioned the shot of herself and Braxton. “I knew I could always count on you to make me laugh… Thank you for understanding me always. In front of the camera but most importantly behind. Love you. Always.”

Adrienne Bailon also spread the love for Tamar Braxton on Instagram, referring to her former Real co-host her “sister.”

“My SISTER Forever,” Bailon captioned a black-and-white photo of herself and Tamar. “The greatest thing that has come from being on The Real is that I have found my best friend. My vault. My comedian & therapist. I love you. Always & Forever.”

“There ain’t nobody out there like Tamar Braxton,” Jeannie Mai captioned her Instagram post regarding Braxton leaving the talk show. “Tay u taught me to NEVER let ANYONE or ANYTHING dull your shine. Man…. this whole damn thing. Is. HARD. I love you Tay.”

Loni Love also posted a message for Tamar on the social media site but appeared to allude to possible drama with her former co-star by telling Braxton to “take the time” she needs following the announcement that she would not be returning for Season 3 of The Real.

“You shine bright.. Keep shining.. You have been my twinkle toes, my head chef, crazy friend that makes me smile. You know I love you and your family,” Loni captioned her photo. “Know that no matter what I only want and wish you the best. I am here, nothing has changed. Take the time you need but know as I have always been, I am here,” Love continued.
