Caila Quinn, Ben Zorn, And Lace Morris Confirmed On ‘Bachelor In Paradise’ Season 3

Three of the cast members for the upcoming Bachelor in Paradise Season 3 has just been confirmed. On Thursday, the franchise’s creator and executive producer, Mike Fleiss, revealed that Caila Quinn, Ben Zorn and Lace Morris will be on the upcoming season.

Earlier on Thursday, Mike asked viewers to guess who’s going on the spin-off show.

Guesses included Juan Pablo Galavis, Becca Tilley, Nick Viall, Amanda Stanton, Caila, and Lace. A few hours later, Mike confirmed that Caila and Lace, both from Ben Higgins’ season of The Bachelor, will indeed be on the new season.

Mike then confirmed that Ben Z., from Kaitlyn Bristowe’s season of The Bachelorette, will be heading to paradise as well.

As for the rest of the cast, Mike teased that more cast announcements will be released next Monday during the airing of Episode 2 of The Bachelorette starring JoJo Fletcher.

Viewers may also see Jorge the bartender from Season 2 return for another season. On Season 2, Jorge was frequently shown sympathetically listening to the contestants as they whined and cried about their love dramas and giving them love advice during their stay in Mexico. Mike joked that they’re still trying to finalize Jorge’s deal to be on the third season.

Lace Morris being on Bachelor in Paradise Season 3 wasn’t a big surprise since host Chris Harrison invited her to the join the spin-off during Ben Higgins’ Women Tell All special.

“I would like to go to Bachelor in Paradise,” she responded. It was actually the second time she was offered the opportunity. During an earlier Bachelor Live show, Chris asked her if she was going to go on the spin-off in the summer. She said that she would think about it.

On Wednesday, Lace practically revealed the news herself when she responded to a viewer who tweeted that if Lace and Daniel, from JoJo’s current season, don’t get together on the spin-off show, she’ll sue ABC for all the company’s worth. Lace replied that she’ll split the winnings with the viewer.

On Monday night’s premiere of The Bachelorette, Canadian Daniel made a memorable impression by drinking too much alcohol in a bid to calm his nerves, taking off his pants to take a dip in the pool and poking another man’s belly button. Despite Daniel’s outrageous behavior, JoJo gave him a rose, ensuring that viewers will see him in at least one more episode.

After Mike confirmed her appearance on the spin-off, Lace tweeted “#Anewlaceonlife.”

Three weeks ago, Ben Zorn posted a throwback photo of his time on The Bachelorette pursuing Kaitlyn Bristowe. Despite his relatively short time on the show, Ben Z. became a fan favorite thanks to his good looks, pleasant personality, and seemingly genuine desire to find love.

Caila Quinn was the third runner-up for Ben Higgins on the latest The Bachelor. After Ben sent her home, it was widely rumored that she was going to be the next bachelorette. Us Weekly even reported that she was the show’s next star, reporting that she already filmed a introductory package in her hometown. Unfortunately for Caila’s fans, host Chris Harrison announced during the After the Final Rose special that the next bachelorette wasn’t going to be Caila, but Ben’s runner-up, JoJo Fletcher.

Why the late change? Mike Fleiss tweeted that he and the other producers listened to Bachelor Nation, the nickname of the franchise’s devoted fan base. It seems that he and the other producers saw that more viewers than not were saying that Caila was too boring to be the next bachelorette and that JoJo was more exciting.

In response to criticism from Caila’s fans for choosing JoJo over Caila, Mike tweeted that she’s also a wonderful girl.

Caila Quinn seems to hold no resentment towards JoJo Fletcher for being the one chosen to be the next bachelorette, perhaps because she now gets to go on Bachelor in Paradise. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Caila excitedly watched the premiere of JoJo’s season with a bunch of girlfriends and gave her opinion that JoJo has a some “hotties.”
