Miley Cyrus And Liam Hemsworth: Are They Getting Married? He May Have Cheated

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have been back on since late last year, and now that the singer has been spotted with her former engagement ring, she and Hemsworth are assumed to be re-engaged. However, when it comes to this couple’s relationship, things between them may be far more complicated than they seem.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth began dating in 2009 as they starred alongside one another in The Last Song and became engaged in 2012. Then, in 2013, after Miley Cyrus chopped off her hair and embarked on a number of dramatic and shocking appearances (one of which involved her twerking for Robin Thicke), they called off their engagement and went their separate ways.

While Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth remained separated for two years and Cyrus was linked to other men, including Mike Will Made It and Patrick Schwarzenegger, they ultimately got back together at the end of last year. Within weeks, Miley Cyrus was seen with her engagement ring back on.

That said, wedding planning may not be their top priority. Although a Yibada report on May 26 suggested a Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth wedding may be around the corner, the outlet also noted that Hemsworth had recently denied being engaged to Cyrus.

“Hemsworth was keen to dismiss the wedding rumors and told Australia’s TV Week magazine, according to Vogue, that he was not engaged despite reports to the contrary,” the outlet stated.

Around the same time, a Life & Style report, via Hollywood Life, spoke of Hemsworth possibly cheating on Miley Cyrus during a trip to Australia months ago. According to the report, Hemsworth was unsure of his relationship and potential marriage to Cyrus, and after embarking on a guys night out, he was allegedly unfaithful.

In addition to rumors of cheating, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have also dealt with rumors of a possible pregnancy.

“Word on the street is that Miley, 23, is pregnant with her fiancé’s baby,” Ahlan reported on May 26. “When the couple reunited in January the Wrecking Ball singer swiftly put her engagement ring back on and basically moved in with her actor hunk. Now, a close friend of the soon-to-be Mr and Mrs Hemsworth has revealed that after weeks of Miley having ‘babies on the brain,’ she’s pregnant.”

As Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth remain silent in regard to the ongoing rumors, her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, has spoken out. However, he hasn’t said much when it comes to whether or not the couple is engaged and planning to get married.

“Here’s what I do know. They’re so happy. That’s the main thing,” Billy Ray explained to E! News’ Carissa Culiner on May 20. “Miley and I, we always had this slogan—’If you ain’t happy, it ain’t working.’ Just seeing these—I still call ’em kids—these two kids happy, that’s all that matters.”

Billy Ray Cyrus went on to reveal that if Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth do get married, he will be happy to take part in their ceremony in whatever way they would like.

“If any of my kids decide that they’re gonna have a wedding of any kind, whatever role they want me to play, I’ll be there, you know what I mean?” he told Culiner. “They want me to be the butler— that’s fine. Whatever they choose. I might make a good preacher.”
