‘The Amber Rose Show’ Gets A Premiere Date — Find Out Which Network, Date, And Time To Tune In

Amber Rose is coming to VH1 with her very own show called The Amber Rose Show. The Instagram model and former fiancee of Kanye West has been given her very own late-night talk show, and Amber’s fans couldn’t be more excited.

Deadline reported on the exciting news that Muva Rose will be taking over the late nights every Friday on VH1. The premiere of The Amber Rose Show is set for Friday, June 17 at 11 p.m. The upcoming show is produced by Dr. Phil and Jay McGraw’s Stage 29 Productions. Jay McGraw, Dr. Phil McGraw, Carla Pennington, Patty Ciano, and Jeff Hudson of Stage 29 will executive produce the highly anticipated talk show. To make things even more interesting, Mona Scott-Young, who executive produces all of the Love & Hip Hop series, is reportedly going to consult as an executive producer as well.

According to Dr. Phil and Jay McGraw, The Amber Rose Show found a perfect home on VH1.

Their statement reads, “VH1 and Amber Rose are the perfect blend – hip, current, and on the cutting edge of what’s trending in pop culture. Amber brings a distinctive point of view to today’s issues and with her celebrity guests, will make for very provocative conversations. We are confident her unique voice will resonate with viewers and will be a distinctive addition to the late night talk show landscape.”

Amber Rose is known for offering up her unfiltered worldview and opinions on music, style, and neo-feminism. Although Amber has always been a figure in pop culture, her recent stardom can be attributed to her often controversial take on women’s issues and the way women are portrayed in society.

Muva Rose, as she is called by her fans, is known for dating some very high-profile men. She also has a host of celebrity friends and a few causes that are near and dear to her. That means The Amber Rose Show should be pretty entertaining, and fans fully expect Amber Rose to pull in some great guests for the late-night talk show.

One of Amber’s best friends happens to be another late night TV queen, Amy Schumer. Amber was in a music video with Amy for her Comedy Central hit series Inside Amy Schumer and has made appearances on other television shows as well. TV is nothing new for Amber, who was scheduled to begin filming a reality show with her BFF Blac Chyna. Sadly, the show was scrapped back in October 2015, and Radar Online reported that the cancellation was due to Kim Kardashian’s interference.

Now Amber Rose will have her own show and won’t have to share the stage with anyone she doesn’t want to. Meanwhile, Blac Chyna has gone on to become a Kardashian by first dating Rob Kardashian and then getting pregnant and engaged to the only Kardashian brother. Let’s just hope that Blac Chyna ends up being Amber’s first guest on The Amber Rose Show.

VH1 announced on May 3 that Amber Rose would be getting her own show on the network. It wasn’t until a few weeks later that the premiere date and time were announced. There is still no word on who might join Amber for the first episode. For those who want to set their DVRs now, The Amber Rose Show is set to debut on VH1 on Friday, June 17 at 11 p.m. EST.
