‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Victor And Nikki Clash, Adam’s In Trouble, Victoria Scrambles, And Luca Faces Accusations

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday’s episode tease that there will be a significant focus on Victor. He has just shared some kisses with Dr. Meredith Gates, and his son Adam suspects that he framed him for murdering Constance Bingham. In addition, Nikki is preparing to divorce Victor and this May 23 show has plenty of drama as these Newman conflicts play out.

As viewers saw last week, Nikki talked with Michael about preparing divorce papers. The Young and the Restless spoilers from SheKnows Soaps detail that the papers will be ready, and while Nikki is a bit stunned by how quickly Michael got them together, she is ready to move ahead. Summer catches up to this news and she is shocked that her grandmother is doing this, but Nikki insists that it is what she needs to do.

Summer and Luca created an email to send to the energy executives, making it look like it came from Victoria, and Monday’s episode brings more on this front. The Young and the Restless spoilers share that Luca will urge Summer to take credit for it, but she is hesitant.

Victoria quickly hears from one of the executives, who has positive things to say about the proposal. According to Soap Central, it doesn’t take Vikki long to figure out that someone close to her has betrayed her and she quickly tries to contact Summer. Luca answers Summer’s phone, however, and Victoria and Luca soon have an intense conversation about the proposal.

Victoria will confront Luca about writing the proposal and she tears into him for his transparent plan and for using Summer. The Young and the Restless spoilers note that he will say he is trying to help Newman Enterprises, and Luca tells her that she should be looking for ways to utilize Summer’s connection to Victor.

Meredith will stop the kiss with Victor and the two will talk about how strained things are with his family. The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that the two will agree to keep their relationship professional, but viewers can tell that this plan likely will not last for long.

Summer shows up to visit her grandfather and she spills the beans about Nikki’s divorce plans. Nikki will arrive to visit soon as well and things get intense as he confronts her about the divorce. Once Nikki leaves, he will tell Meredith about the divorce.

Victoria and Travis had another steamy romp and Young and Restless spoilers tease that she will end up having left her phone at his place. He finds it and sees that her screensaver is a picture that shows her with Billy and the children. She’ll head to the bar to track down the phone and Travis will confront her about being a married woman. However, Vikki tries to explain that she is divorced and things are tense as she says she needs to get back to work.

Nick read in Sage’s supposed journal that she believed that Adam killed Constance Bingham and Nick has initiated an investigation through Dylan into the matter. Adam thinks that Victor must have orchestrated this somehow and Monday’s episode brings more on all of this. The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Dylan will visit Adam and Chelsea to tell them that Constance’s body is being exhumed and Adam will explain his suspicions that his father engineered all of this.

Once Dylan leaves, Adam and Chelsea will discuss the situation and he reassures her that he did not do anything to Constance. They can’t quite figure out how Victor could have orchestrated this, but they quickly come to suspect that Luca could be involved. They will confront Luca, who says he was involved in helping Victor get Adam fired from his new job, but he denies having anything to do with the journal.

Dylan will be getting the results from the autopsy on Constance during this episode already and Young and Restless spoilers tease that he will be arresting Adam by the end of the show. Just what will Dylan have found out about Constance’s death? Did Victor somehow orchestrate this situation?
