New York City, NY – An East Village fitness guru who made a habit of sleeping with his female clients and breaking up with them via Facebook is being sued by his business partner because his womanizing habits are beginning to affect the bottom line.

Renee Linnell is suing business partner and former lover Billy Macagnone for having too much sex with his female clients. Macagnone specializes in a low-impact, stretch-heavy workout known as Gyrotonics, and Linnell apparently believed in the workout routine so much that she invested $225,000 in his business.

Little problem. Macagnone is an admitted sex addict.

Macagnone would apparently train female clients, and then seduce them in the apartment above the Body Evolutions exercise studio that he ran with Linnell.

The lawsuit alleges that Macagnone is guilty of “improperly abusing his position as a teacher and authorized Gyrotonic master trainer to seduce and sleep with both trainers and clients — serially and simultaneously.” Furthermore, his “abuse and betrayal of women” who thought they were going to a peaceful “sanctuary” to practice the workout routine, has “severely damaged” the bottom line of the business.

“The numerous and frequent affairs resulted in substantial loss of business” because “Macagnone drove away clients when he inevitably ended his brief sexual affairs with them by posting messages on Facebook,” the suit says.

It is unknown how many sessions of Gyrotonics it took, on average, to convince a female client to sleep with Macagnone.

“I have no comment, dear,” Macagnone, 50, told a female NY Post reporter.
