Bella Hadid Braless: The Reason Why She’s Flashing Some Skin

Bella Hadid has been making headlines for her head-turning look in Cannes. Now the model is taking one step further by opting for a braless look on the runway.

Bella Hadid flashed some major boob at the Cannes Film Festival just days after she almost exposed herself on the red carpet. The 19-year-old aspiring model walked completely topless down the runway for the amfAR’s 23rd Cinema Against AIDS Gala, held at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Rox on Thursday, May 19. Hadid was photographed wearing a silver tracksuit that was revealing only because she chose to wear the jacket open without anything underneath.

Meanwhile, the bottom part of Bella’s tracksuit looks as if it was slashed. The low-slung pants showed off her midriff and featured open zippers, causing each of the pant legs to expose her long and lean legs. The racy disco-themed fashion show was part of the auction, according to Yahoo News. Bella’s fellow models Karlie Kloss, Isabeli Fontana, Jessica Hart, Lily Donaldson, Natasha Poly, Soo Joo Park, and Toni Garn also wore disco-inspired looks for the event.

This news comes after she almost suffered a wardrobe malfunction on the red carpet at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival. Hadid stepped out in a red slinky Alexandre Vauthier gown. The revealing gown featured a plunging neckline in the front and back along with a dangerously high slit that started at the hip and almost exposed her matching red high-cut thong underneath. Thankfully, Hadid was able to avoid that wardrobe malfunction. Hadid wore the sizzling number at the premiere of The Unknown Girl on Wednesday, May 18.

The brunette beauty paired her look with black strappy sandals from Giuseppe Zanotti Design. Bella also wore her signature chocolate brown hair in an elegant updo along with diamond drop earrings and a diamond bracelet on her wrist. Media outlets couldn’t help but compare Bella’s look to Rita Ora’s daring gown at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards.

It’s no secret that the reason why she can most of these risqué looks is because she’s on a strict model diet. While a new feature on Byrdie claims that Hadid often has protein drinks, juice cleanses, and detox programs, the model has previously admitted that she doesn’t do much when it comes to her fitness and diet routine.

When it comes to attaining her lean body, she says that she only works out every so often. And if you look at her Instagram page, you will see that Bella doesn’t always eat salads and high-protein meals. She often posts photos of pizza, mac and cheese, and burgers.

According to her interview with WWD, Bella Hadid admits that she’s been blessed with good genes. She said that she loves eating pizza “every day” and will also eat French fries and grilled cheese sandwiches whenever she gets a chance.

“In L.A., I love being with my friends and being able to eat out and wear tank tops at night. I grew up in Malibu so it’s nice to be back home and be with my parents and sit and drive my car and listen to music and just chill out for a little bit.”

When she prepares for Fashion Week, she will do some light cardio and drink green juices at least once a week. And when it’s time to flash some skin on the runway, Bella says that she will eat a strict diet, but, “Normally walking around New York is a lot of exercise for me,” she admits.
