Selena Gomez And Justin Bieber Will Meet Up This Weekend? Plus, Find Out Why He Cut His Dreadlocks

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber may meet up in a matter of days. Just weeks after Bieber was spotted in New York City with Hailey Baldwin, a report claims Gomez would love to see her ex-boyfriend during her Revival Tour concert in Canada.

Following a report that claimed Bieber was planning to surprise Gomez, a source says she’s on board with the idea.

“[Selena Gomez] would love for Justin to come to one of her Canadian shows. Why not? It would be a hoot for her. They are still friends and text on and off. She would surely welcome his visit,” an insider told Hollywood Life on May 19. “It gets lonely on the road so seeing a familiar face is always a pick-me-up.”

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber haven’t been involved in a committed relationship since 2012, but in recent years, they’ve spent a lot of time with one another. Most recently, Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber hinted at a possible reconciliation in March when Bieber posted a photo of them kissing on Instagram. In response to the photo, Gomez added the comment, “Perfect,” and days later, Bieber “liked” another one of her photos.

“Despite their crazy schedules, Justin is still eager to watch Selena perform. They will both be in Toronto at around the same time. Justin would give anything to surprise Selena in Toronto or in his hometown of London, Ontario where she’s set to preform May 23,” a source told Hollywood Life earlier this week.

“Justin has two shows in Toronto this week and then he’s off for a couple of days. He’s going to do whatever he can to make it happen and show her his support,” the insider added.

After Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber’s Instagram interaction, she was spotted showing her support for Bieber at his Los Angeles show in late March, so it’s only right that Bieber would do the same for her.

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber haven’t been seen much this year, but according to reports, they’ve remained in touch through texting. After seeing Bieber’s blonde dreadlocks weeks ago, Gomez reportedly encouraged him to channel a more natural look in order to keep his hair healthy.

“As far as Justin’s hair being pretty much back to his natural color, that was Selena’s suggestion. She had been telling him from the get go that bleaching his hair over and over again would ultimately damage it and break the ends off,” an insider explained to Hollywood Life. “Selena wasn’t a big fan of his dreadlocks either. She thinks he looks more handsome and stylish now with his shorter, clean-cut look.”

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber’s relationship has been a hot topic for fans since it began, and while Bieber has enjoyed reported romances with Baldwin and Kourtney Kardashian this year as well, he always seems to reunite with Gomez. That said, when it comes to a full blown romance, they don’t seem to have the time at this point in their careers. In addition to Selena Gomez’s Revival Tour schedule, Bieber is currently in the midst of his own tour, which kicked off in March.

Although Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber may not be getting back together, their relationship appears to be quite strong, and regardless of the other partners they may have, they will likely always share a special bond with one another.
