Olivia Munn Is 12-Pounds Lighter, But Did She Have Plastic Surgery?

Olivia Munn has said that she lost 12 pounds while shooting X-Men: Apocalypse. She appeared on the cover of Women’s Health magazine’s June issue and the photo has her showing off her midriff and toned arms, E! Online has reported. However, any Olivia Munn fan can tell that her face looks very different now and it can’t exactly be attributed to weight loss alone.

Munn has gone on to say that she didn’t intend to lose weight and that it happened when she changed her diet. She said when she started shooting for X-Men, she had to get into shape and she tried to change her diet as well.

“When I started on X-Men, I had been training and doing regular personal training and trying to eat in a healthy way,” Munn says. Losing weight was not the goal, but a byproduct of a healthier diet. “My intention was to just get as fit and as healthy as I could be, for myself…I started working out every single day, and then I also started getting into eating 20-80, where 80 percent of your diet is fruits and vegetables and 20 percent is whatever. So, that can be any kind of meats or breads or anything else, but mostly fruits and vegetables.” But, can Olivia Munn’s face change merely by eating differently?

E! has reported that Olivia’s diet sounds much like Gisele’s plant-based diet. Munn goes on to say that she eats organically and that helps her to feel and look better.

“The thing that I’ve kept up since X-Men is eating organically. That’s been a big part of, I think, feeling healthy, feeling fit, feeling clear. Knowing that you’re putting only clean foods into your body, that’s been a really important thing for me.”

Munn says her personal trainer has even taught her how to make her own almond milk.

“It’ll last me two or three days,” the actress explains. She says she swears by almond milk and that it comes handy when she’s making organic smoothies. “I use that to make organic smoothies every morning.”

Clearly, a lot of hard work goes into Olivia Munn’s diet and it shows in the way her body looks. Olivia said she got rid of her dark spots and reshaped her brows. She said she eats Japanese potatoes that have a high concentration of Hyaluronic Acid. She said she was even looking at getting the lines on her neck removed.

But is eating right enough? And can that be attributed to the changes in her facial structure? This is not the first time Olivia Munn has been accused of having plastic surgery. Inquisitr reported that Olivia Munn’s face looked significantly different during the Oscars and that’s one of the reasons the actress posted a long winding explanation on Instagram talking about the reasons her face looked different.

Olivia Munn also talked about her role as Psylocke in X-Men.

“Even though she’s always drawn in a sexual way, she always has substantive plotlines,” she says of Psylocke. “What she looked like became secondary because she was lethal. She is such a badass. And smart.”

Munn goes on to say that she liked playing Psylocke given that it was an empowering character in many ways.

“They wanted me to play the girlfriend or the bad girl who takes another girl’s boyfriend away. But I didn’t want to do roles that only revolved around a man or were always in service of a man.”

It’s true that Olivia Munn doesn’t want anything more than plum roles.
