Tyga Passes Responsibility For King Cairo To Blac Chyna’s Beau Rob Kardashian?

Rumors are rife that Tyga is looking at bailing out of his financial responsibilities over his son, King Cairo, once Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian get married.

Recent reports claim Kylie Jenner’s ex is examining his obligation for child support payments based on his baby mama’s marriage or the possibility she may ink a big TV deal. However, things may not be as easy as the rapper wants it to be.

With Tyga’s reported dwindling funds, a source close to the rapper said the newly single father-of-one is exploring some financial relief.

“Tyga’s finances have been up and down over the years. He was hoping to get some relief when Rob married Blac but that just isn’t the case in California where they all live,” a source told Hollywood Life.

The source added, “As long as Blac maintains custody of King, then the amount Tyga makes for child support payments will not change once she gets hitched.”

The insider also shared that Tyga talked to his attorneys regarding the situation. The rapper reportedly inquired about the possibility of completely bailing out on child support for King Cairo in case Blac Chyna gets a contract to appear on a show.

“But even that would likely have little effect on Tyga’s responsibility towards his son,” the source added.

Meanwhile, California divorce attorney David Pissara was asked to talk about the situation. He explained that Tyga will be “financially responsible” for his son until he turns 18.

“If Blac were to get a new job earning 7 figures, like a TV contract, that would likely have very little effect on Tyga’s child support payments,” Pissara said.

“As long as Blac has custody and until that child turns 18, Tyga is financially responsible. There is little that can change that.”

The model and the “Rack City” rapper have had a rocky relationship while being co-parents to their only son.

In May last year, reports claimed Blac Chyna was planning to file for full custody of King Cairo. Back then, an expert doubted whether the model would be able to win the case, taking into consideration her “own activities as a parent.”

The expert then shared that getting full custody of the child would mean that Blac Chyna would need “to go to court, and submit material evidence showing that Tyga is an unfit father.” This had to involve bringing up the fact that the rapper had begun dating Kylie Jenner while the Keeping Up With the Kardashians celebrity was just a minor.

By late last year, a judge ordered Tyga to pay for King Cairo’s financial support. The rapper was asked to compensate Blac Chyna’s expenses for their son. The judge also ordered that the child support should include “essential vehicle payments and nanny expenses.”

As a sign of goodwill on her part, the model promised not to speak ill of him or his then-girlfriend, Kylie Jenner.

In January of this year, Blac Chyna was arrested at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in Texas for public intoxication. She was also charged with drug possession. The said arrest sparked claims that Tyga would seek to gain full custody of King Cairo.

Back then, the rapper was supposedly concerned that the model was putting their child at risk.

Last month, another round of reports claimed he was back in fighting form to get full custody of King Cairo. Amid the hoopla over Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian’s engagement, Tyga was said to be doing everything to “drive a wedge” between the model and their son.
