Brody Jenner Bans The Kardashians From Upcoming Wedding

Brody Jenner’s upcoming wedding to fiancée Kaitlynn Carter will not be a Kardashian family affair.

After months of drama between Brody Jenner and the Kardashian family, in which he claimed he was “sick” of their drama and stated he no longer wanted to be associated with reality stars, an insider is now revealing that Jenner will not be inviting any of the Kardashians to his upcoming wedding.

Ahead of his nuptials, an insider admitted to Life & Style that Brody, who is the son of Caitlyn Jenner and half-brother to Kylie and Kendall Jenner, has no plans to invite Kris Jenner or Kim, Khloé, or Kourtney Kardashian to his big day because he believes “they would make it all about them.”

“This is Brody’s wedding and he doesn’t need any Kardashian drama,” the site’s insider continued, alleging that there’s a chance Jenner will extend a courtesy invitation to Rob Kardashian as well as his half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, but he allegedly “doesn’t expect them to show.”

Neither Brody nor his fiancée, Kaitlynn, have confirmed reports that the Kardashian family will not be invited to their wedding, but the recent reports could be Jenner’s way of getting a little payback on his former stepsister, Kim, who famously did not extend an invitation to Kaitlynn to her 2014 wedding to Kanye West, causing Brody to skip the big day.

Jenner confirmed the widely speculated reports in 2015 after he took to Instagram to post a snap of himself and his now-fiancée at a wedding alongside the caption, “Look…@kaitlynn_carter and I finally get to go to a wedding together!!!”

And it sounds like Jenner’s relationship with his former stepsisters has only grown more fractured following the wedding diss, as Brody’s supposed Kardashian wedding ban follows months of reports that Jenner and his former step-family have not been getting along.

Most recently, the New York Daily News reported that Jenner took aim at Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna following their baby news on Instagram, slamming his former step-brother and his new fiancée for skipping out on two of their previously scheduled club appearances.

Brody Jenner allegedly left a pretty scathing comment about Kardashian and Chyna on an Instagram post by Atlantic City’s Pool After Dark on May 9 after the account announced that Rob and Blac had suddenly cancelled their appearance after announcing the make-up artist’s pregnancy.

“Uh Oh a ChyRo No Show!” the New Jersey club captioned a photo of the couple, to which Jenner commented, and then promptly deleted, “That’s what you guys get for hiring those 2… Sorry not sorry.”

Jenner’s Instagram slam came just weeks after Page Six alleged that Brody, who has appeared alongside the Kardashian family in a number of past episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, slammed the reality stars while attending Coachella music festival.

According to an onlooker who spoke to the site, Brody was approached by a fellow concertgoer who complimented him on his family’s success, to which Jenner scathingly hit back, “They’re not my f****** family!”

Brody neither confirmed nor denied his alleged outburst, but reports of drama came shortly after Jenner confessed in an interview with Closer magazine that he was “sick” of the Kardashian family and no longer wanted to be associated with any of the reality clan.

“I’m sick of the Kardashians’ drama and I want to distance myself from the family,” Brody said in March shortly before he announced his engagement to Kaitlynn. “All of the girls are as bad as each other and it’s not a healthy environment to be in.”

Brody’s comments followed a July 2015 interview with Yahoo Style where Jenner claimed that he and his fiancée live “completely separate lives” to the Kardashians and Jenners and noted that he rarely sees the reality stars following Caitlyn Jenner’s 2015 divorce from Kris Jenner.

“That’s the one thing that people don’t really understand is that we live two completely separate lives and everybody ties us in together as the Kardashians and the Jenners,” Brody said at the time.

Do you think Brody Jenner is right to ban the Kardashians from his and Kaitlynn Carter’s upcoming wedding?
