Bill Cosby And Hugh Hefner’s Sexual Assault Allegations At Playboy Mansion: Cosby Accuser, Chloe Goins, Claims Hugh Was Also Involved — Was Holly Madison Right About ‘Leg Opening Drugs’?

Hugh Hefner is now under fire with his old celebrity friend Bill Cosby for sexual assault allegations brought against him at his Playboy Mansion.

According to the New York Daily News, Hefner and Cosby are both having sexual assault charges brought against them by the same dancer who claimed that Cosby had drugged and groped her inside Hefner’s Playboy Mansion in 2008 amid Cosby’s ongoing sexual assault trial.

Chloe Goins, the hired dancer, model, and aspiring rapper, claimed in a new lawsuit that Playboy debonair Hugh Hefner is also guilty of sexual assault and seeks to take him down in court as well.

Goins notified police of the Playboy sexual assault incident earlier in 2015. She filed a federal lawsuit against Cosby, only to abruptly dismiss it in February.

On Monday evening, she filed the new sexual assault suit in the Los Angeles County Superior Court stating that Hefner was pulling the strings of the creepy encounter at the Playboy Mansion.

Goins stated that these allegations of sexual assault are not necessarily new but are rather additional crucial details necessary to close the case.

The dancer’s lawyer, Spencer Kuvin, told the New York Daily News on Monday, “We didn’t go away. We just didn’t want to publicize what we were doing. As we continued to investigate, we found additional evidence that we felt pointed toward Mr. Hefner being complicit. We thought it was more judicious to file in state court, where we’d have more leeway with respect to discovery.”

Kuvin said that he will regret dragging the 90-year-old Hefner out of the Playboy Mansion and into court now, but he believes that Hefner must pay for allegedly being complicit during Cosby’s sexual assault antics over 30 years ago.

“It doesn’t make us happy, but I don’t think he should get away without being held accountable for being complicit.”

The new sexual assault lawsuit brought against Hugh Hefner and Bill Cosby alleges the following.

  • sexual battery
  • gender violence
  • intentional infliction of emotional distress
  • negligent infliction of emotional distress
  • conspiracy to commit sexual battery.

Goins, 25, claims that Cosby’s method of operation for sexual assault against her is the same as others who have accused the disgraced comedian: spiking their drinks.

She claims that after a private “Pleasure Palace” party, Hefner told her to go “lie down” in a bedroom after feeling ill. The man escorting her to the room was none other than her alleged sexual assaulter, Bill Cosby.

After blacking out in the private Playboy bedroom, she awoke to the sight of Cosby sucking her toes after feeling a sharp pain in them.

She then noticed that she was naked and that her breasts felt wet and sticky with an unknown substance, which she presumes was Cosby’s saliva.

Cosby certainly is no stranger to such allegations, however, Goins’ sexual assault allegations against Hugh Hefner may not be such an isolated incident either.

In a related report by the Inquisitr, Former Girls Next Door star Holly Madison, a former girlfriend of Hefner’s, claims that Hugh would frequently offer her and other women “leg opening drugs” at the Playboy Mansion in her tell-all book, Down the Rabbit Hole.

Madison’s book and Goins’ sexual assault allegations both imply that Hefner is just as guilty as Cosby regarding sexual assault and doping women.

Goins alleges, “Cosby and Hefner both knowingly and willfully agreed and conspired to host parties, invite minors or young adults under the age of 21 years (and) provide them with alcohol and foreign substances.”
