‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Nick Reads Sage’s Journal, Sharon Lashes Out At Mariah, Stitch Learns Max’s Fate [Spoilers]

Young and the Restless spoilers tease big action ahead on Tuesday, May 17. Mariah finds Sage’s private journal and gives it to Nick to read. He wasn’t aware that his wife kept a diary and was intrigued when he flipped through the entries. Young and the Restless spoilers hint that Sharon will flip out and lash out at Mariah for giving him the diary to read. Mariah found her mother’s behavior to be odd and called her out on it. Stitch finds out what Max’s fate is and tries to let him know that he is there for him no matter what happens. At first, Max lashes out but then quickly realizes that maybe it’s for the best.

The Young and The Restless preview for Tuesday’s show teases the Christian storyline may get moving once again. Mariah and Sharon help Nick clean out his apartment so he can move back to the Tack House. In the box that Mariah put together, Nick finds his wife’s personal journal. Sharon flips out as she realizes it is possible Sage could have written down that Christian was alive and living with her as Sully.

Young and the Restless spoilers hint that Sharon encourages Nick to read the diary in front of her and Mariah. Nick flips through the journal and decides he wants more privacy to read his wife’s personal thoughts and heads to Chancellor Park.

Soap Opera Spy reveals that Nick goes to Chancellor Park to read in peace. One particular entry stands out and shocks him. It was the day Christian died, and a distraught Sage wrote her suspicions about her son’s paternity — Christian was Adam’s son. Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Nick will go to see Adam and demand to see the letter Sage left him. When Adam tells his brother that he no longer has it, Nick will demand to know what Sage said to him in the letter she left him. Will Adam reveal that he was Christian’s father?

Young and the Restless spoilers tease that when Nick leaves, Mariah states that Sharon’s behavior was odd about Sage’s diary. Sharon explains that she is just worried about him, adding that Sage’s death has been tough for him. Mariah looked unconvinced and knew there is more to the story. She asked her why was she upset when she handed him the diary. Sharon brushed off the question and changed the subject rather quickly.

” What do you think Nick will find in Sage’s Journal, Sharon? What are you hiding, NOW?”

Stitch tells Abby that he appreciates her support and asks her to accompany him to meet the social worker and Paul at the hospital. When they arrive, he learns that Max needs to be admitted to a long-term facility to get treatment for his psychotic breakdown. Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Max’s doctors believe that he is dangerous not only to himself but everyone around him. Max needs treatment quickly but assured Stitch that he will be okay, and once he’s released, he has a great chance at a normal, happy life.

She Knows Soaps revealed that Stitch tells Abby and Dylan that he’s not sure how to tell Max he cannot come home yet. Abby pulls Dylan aside and asks him to be there for her husband because he needs all the support he can get right now. Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Max and Stitch will share a tense moment when Stitch tells him that he has to stay at the facility until he’s better. As you can expect, Max quickly becomes upset and demands to go home.

Young and the Restless spoilers state that Max will scream at his dad that his real mother would never put him in a mental hospital. Stitch tries to reassure him that he needs to stay so he can get better. He gently tells him that he needs to deal with his mother’s sudden death, and allow himself time to be sad about her. Max breaks down and cries. He seemed to understand that he needed to stay for his own well-being. Just before the social worker takes Max away, he tells Abby to come to visit him soon with his dad at the hospital. He wants to see and get to know her. Abby tears up and tries to console Stitch.
