Kate Gosselin Moving to Rockville, Maryland

Freshly single reality TV star Kate Gosselin is packing her bags and taking the soap opera that is her life to Rockville, Maryland.

RadarOnline reports that Kate is in the process of purchasing a condo in Rockville, a wealthy part of Montgomery County. The town is also home to Steve Neild, Kate’s bodyguard.

Apparently the shared custody arrangement with the eight children sees the kids stay at their original home, and Jon and Kate live there when they have custody, with each returning to their own separate accommodation when they don’t.

According to Wikipedia, Rockville is a major northwestern incorporated city and forms part of the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan Area. The city has a population is 60,734 and is home to numerous software and biotechnology companies as well as several federal government institutions.

    I'm from Maryland (here at the moment, actually) and can clue you in on something you might have been able to guess..

    Rockville is pretty white trash.

    Rockvile neighbors one of the to 10 wealthiest cites in America. Google Potomac Maryland. Not to mention D.C.
    The great thing about the D.C. area is there is no paparazzi. The D.C. Metro area is a fairly privite place. Hopefully Kate likes it here.

    Apparently you haven't been here in the last 10 years. All the white trash moved to Frederick as the county became more ethnically diverse.
