Christina Aguilera Feuding With Gwen Stefani And Pink Ahead Of Whitney Houston Hologram Duet On ‘The Voice’?

Christina Aguilera will reportedly be performing a duet with a hologram of Whitney Houston during tonight’s new episode of The Voice Season 10.

Although an air date for Christina Aguilera’s upcoming performance wasn’t initially given by NBC, a new report claims fans will be treated to the memorable performance on May 16. On Monday, the Hall of Fame Magazine shared news of Christina Aguilera’s performance, claiming she will pay tribute to the late Houston by performing her “hit songs” during the show.

The 10th season of The Voice has been filled with amazing performances. Just last week, Christina Aguilera’s fellow coach, Blake Shelton, and his girlfriend, Gwen Stefani, took to the stage to debut their new duet, “Go Ahead and Break My Heart.” However, that performance may have been one Christina Aguilera preferred to skip.

According to a new report, Christina Aguilera has been feuding with Gwen Stefani due to their alternating seasons as coach, and in an effort to remove Stefani from the show, Christina Aguilera allegedly enlisted Miley Cyrus to take her spot for Season 11.

“Gwen is livid that she was not asked to replace [Christina Aguilera] on The Voice next season,” a source told Radar Online. “And because of this she wants to quit the show altogether.”

For the last several seasons, Christina Aguilera has been starring as coach on the show’s even seasons while Stefani has been featured during the odd seasons. However, when the Season 11 cast of The Voice was announced by The Wrap earlier this year, it was revealed that Stefani would not be included. Instead, Cyrus and Alicia Keys would be starring alongside returning male judges Shelton and Adam Levine.

“She and Blake seem to feel that [Christina Aguilera] was responsible for this because she wanted to piss Gwen off, and it did!” the source said.

Meanwhile, another on-set feud involving Christina Aguilera is allegedly brewing.

Earlier this month, Pink was named as a series advisor, and while her many fans are thrilled to see her featured on The Voice, her ongoing feud with Christina Aguilera has reportedly caused tension on set.

“There are a lot of mixed feelings right now about Pink joining as an advisor. Pink and Christina Aguilera absolutely hate each other, and have for years! When Christina found out that Pink was joining she flipped out because she cannot stand her!” a source told Radar Online last week.

Christina Aguilera has been dissed by Pink a number of times. She even poked fun at her singing during a concert in Australia.

“This is going to get ugly, and production was told to keep these two women as far away from each other as possible,” the source said. “Pink has bashed [Christina Aguilera] so many times to the media that it is just ridiculous.”

Christina Aguilera’s years long feud with Pink reportedly began prior to their collaboration on “Lady Marmalade” and took an awkward turn during an interview with Ryan Seacrest years later. While chatting with the host, Christina Aguilera seemingly attempted to mend things with Pink by suggesting the then-pregnant singer arrange future playdates with her and her children, but rather than take her up on the offer, Pink told her, “Ha ha ha, NO.”
