‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Hope Pushes Rafe Away And Visits Bo’s Grave After Aiden’s Return

Days Of Our Lives spoilers for May 16 reveal that Aiden Jennings’ return will cause more problems for Hope Brady. Just when she was starting to feel comfortable again and had moved on with Rafe Hernandez, Aiden suddenly showed up. Not only did he resurface, but Hope’s ex-husband was somehow alive. How will this affect the NBC soap opera character this week?

Last week on Days Of Our Lives, Hope had a wonderful date with Rafe. She returned home and was swooning. It was clear to viewers that Hope was falling for her co-worker. However, the smile on her face quickly transformed into terror when Aiden showed up in her living room.

Fans knew for months that Daniel Cosgrove was returning to reprise his role as Aiden Jennings on Days Of Our Lives. However, viewers were not exactly sure how that would work since he was dead. Well, Chase’s father told a crazy story. It involved Andre DiMera and Hope’s attacker, who was disguised as Aiden Jennings.

The story does sound crazy, but long-time viewers know it is possible. Back when Stefano DiMera was alive, he did the most unthinkable, bizarre and impossible things to get his way. One of his victims during the years was Hope Brady.

However, that doesn’t mean Aiden is telling the whole truth. Hope has her doubts, but also knows that there are no knife wounds when there should be. There was also a DNA test which yielded surprising results. Aiden has a history of only revealing partial truths and there are some holes in his story.

So, what will happen now that Aiden has returned? According to the latest DOOL spoilers from We Love Soaps, Hope will begin to push Rafe away. On Monday’s episode, she will tell Rafe that they need to take things slow. This is never a good sign in a blossoming relationship, especially when a dead lover shows up.

On Tuesday, expect to see Hope visiting Bo’s grave, but she isn’t alone. Aiden is eavesdropping on his ex-wife.

It is understandable why Hope would go to the cemetery when things are so chaotic. Bo and Hope were an iconic soap opera couple. Everyone thought they would be together forever. Unfortunately, Bo was taken too soon, but that doesn’t mean Hope can’t try to get some reassurance or guidance.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Andre will back up Aiden Jennings‘ story, but only if the lawyer helps get him released from jail. However, there is always a catch with the DiMera family. Most likely, it will have to do with Hope Brady.

Regarding the other characters of Days Of Our Lives, Fynn finds a cure for the synthetic virus and Marlene helps Paul with his PTSD. Steve travels to Los Angeles to rescue Joey, but will he get there in time? As for Summer, Victor receives some information concerning her past.

DOOL spoilers for the week of May 16 also state that Kate wants to elope with Deimos. He wants a prenuptial agreement, but that isn’t the biggest problem. Later in the week, Deimos and Nicole will heat things up.

Finally, after having some drinks, Belle locks lips with Shawn. However, that isn’t the only former couple to share a smooch. According to She Knows, Rafe comes across Hope and Aiden kissing.
