Sonja Morgan Says It’s Ramona Singer Who’s On Pills, Day Drinks, And Had A One-Night Stand
Sonja Morgan did not like what Ramona Singer said about her during her appearance on Andy Cohen’s talk show, Watch What Happens Live (WWHL), last night. Ramona, after the latest episode of The Real Housewives of New York City aired, went on WWHL and said that Sonja mixes alcohol with pills. Sonja immediately reacted to Ramona’s comments on social media. Sonja posted a series of tweets that stated it’s Ramona who is on pills and drinks too much. Sonja also claimed that Ramona had a one-night stand during the group’s trip to Turks and Caicos last season.

On WWHL, a viewer asked Ramona if she’s really just jealous that Sonja and co-star LuAnn de Lesseps will be drinking together and bringing hot men home. Ramona denied that she’s jealous, stating that she’s just truly concerned for Sonja. Ramona then claimed that Sonja sometimes mixes pills with alcohol. As for what kind of pills Sonja takes, Ramona said anti-anxiety pills.
“You know what it is, I’ve been friends with Sonja for a very long time. And she’s had a lot of trials and tribulations. And just, she takes pills for her medication…Sonja has, everyone drinks but sometimes it’s unhealthy if you drink too much for your frame or if you’re taking medication to calm your nerves. You can’t mix tranquilizers with alcohol. She was having a situation and when she stopped drinking she was fine.”
On Twitter, Sonja said that Ramona was lying, and it’s Ramona who’s on pills.

Sonja reminded everyone that it was Ramona who fell asleep in the middle of the reunion filming last season. Sonja chalked it up to Ramona day drinking.

Ramona had something to say about that. She told Sonja to get real and to stop deflecting. Ramona explained that she fell asleep then because she was tired and bored.

Sonja Morgan had something else to say about Ramona Singer. Sonja tweeted that it was Ramona who left her one-night stand upstairs during the group’s Turks and Caicos trip last year. Last season, Ramona admitted that she and LuAnn brought some men back to the vacation villa after partying with them. Did she actually have sex with one of them? Ramona only said then that she fell asleep in her own room and left the men upstairs. Sonja has since deleted the tweet.
Sonja also deleted tweets that she posted about Ramona not being a supportive friend by not buying pieces from her fashion line and lying about not drinking during her birthday.
On last week’s episode of Real Housewives, Ramona expressed disapproval when Sonja told her that co-star LuAnn de Lesseps was moving into her townhouse. Ramona felt that Sonja and LuAnn together were not a good combination. Ramona felt that LuAnn would lead Sonja to drink even more and be more promiscuous. Sonja thought Ramona’s “concern” was ridiculous.
Yet Sonja believes that Ramona is really just jealous of her getting closer to LuAnn.

On WWHL, another viewer asked Ramona if her friendship with Sonja is over. Ramona said that she loves Sonja, and they’re like sisters who fight like cats and dogs but then always reconcile. Ramona teased that people will have to keep watching The Real Housewives of New York City to see what happens between them.
While Sonja Morgan had a lot to say about Ramona Singer, she has so far remained silent on Bethenny Frankel’s highly critical blog post about Tipsy Girl. As the Inquisitr reported, Bethenny slammed Sonja’s latest business venture, a Prosecco line, as a fake business set up just to stay relevant on the show. Bethenny even proclaimed Sonja’s business attempts as more sad than funny.
