Serial hair thief on the prowl in Minneapolis

Minneapolis police are on the look out for a serial hair thief who struck again Sunday

The latest victim, Kristine Rippon was working at a Comfort Suites Hotel when a man came in and complimented her on her hair, later playing with the hair before cutting it off (video above).

Surveillance cameras caught the incident and police say the serial hair thief has struck twice before. Despite the trauma caused by the attacks, if caught the man will likely be charged only with theft.
