After Rihanna’s Interview, Chris Brown Declares: ‘We’ll Get Back Together’

Here we go again! Are Rihanna and Chris Brown headed for a reunion? Possibly! Reportedly Chris Brown has declared that not only does he “love her” but that the two will eventually “get back together.” The declaration comes almost immediately after the airing of Rihanna’s interview aired with Oprah on the talk show host’s network OWN.

During the very candid and telling interview, Oprah covered a multitude of taboo subjects that Rihanna hasn’t openly discussed in a long time. Among one of them was her loving relationship with Chris Brown, which came to an end in 2009 when Brown physically abused Rihanna, which resulted in multiple contusions to the head and a busted lip. Rihanna said about her mending relationship with Chris Brown: “We built a trust again and that’s it… We love each other and we probably always will.”

Apparently, Chris Brown was watching Rihanna’s interview last night, and, after the tearful interview ended, Brown texted Rihanna to come clean about his love for her. A source close to Brown told Hollywoodlife exclusively:

“Afterwards he got some water and was like ‘you know I love her and we’re going to get back [together] one day.’ After that, he sent her a text and thanked her for respecting him on the interview and he told her we was sorry for everything and that he loves her.”
