Leslie Van Houten Reveals Details Of LaBianca Murders

Leslie Van Houten is known for being a Charles Manson follower, and she was involved in the LaBianca murders. At this time, there is actually a chance that Leslie will be getting out of jail, and now the details of the LaBianca murders are being revealed. What Leslie shared has many people wondering if she really deserves to get out of jail. Radar Online shared the details of the LaBianca murders. She was granted parole after spending 46 years behind bars. Governor Jerry Brown will make a final decision in the next few months about if Van Houten should be released or not.

Originally, Leslie Van Houten was supposed to get the death penalty, but they took the death penalty away in California before her time came and Leslie has been in prison ever since. Now, the shocking information that Leslie Van Houten shared during her parole hearing is coming out.

“We took Mrs. LaBianca into the bedroom and put a pillowcase over her head. And she had been pleading, you know, take whatever you want, and we took her into the bedroom. I wrapped the lamp cord around her head to keep the pillowcase on her head. I went to hold her down. When I went to hold her down, we could hear Mr. LaBianca dying. And she jetted forward and started calling his name saying what are you doing.”

Leslie Van Houten went on to explain that they tried to kill her, but the knife bent so they yelled at Tex and he came in to help them out. He actually just told Leslie to do it, and she stabbed Mrs. LaBiana in the stomach. Van Houten shared that she killed her because Tex told her to do it. Leslie was asked if she would have killed toddlers or children if they had been in the home and she said that she might have because at that point she would do whatever she was told to do.

Tony LaMontagne, the grandson of the LaBiancas, also shared a letter during the parole hearing that explained why he didn’t feel like Leslie Van Houten should get out of jail.

“She has shown absolutely no remorse to our family for her actions, and at this point, it couldn’t be genuine even if she tried … It’s time to accept your punishment for murdering my grandfather and his wife in cold blood and stop working the system to get out. God is watching. Please remember that Leno, Rosemary and our family are the victims here, not this inmate. I repeat, not this inmate.”

At this time, it is totally unknown if Leslie Van Houten will end up getting out of jail or not. She is very hopeful, but another board and the Governor both have to approve it. The families of the victims are still fighting it and hoping that she will not be released.

There is also a petition posted on Change.org that is getting signatures and trying to keep Leslie Van Houten behind bars. At this time, it already has over 100,000 signatures, and they are continuing to climb. It explains that Mrs. LaBianca was stabbed 41 times when they killed her. This petition was actually made by Debra Tate, who is the sister of Sharon Tate, who was also murdered by Charles Manson’s followers.
