Cactus Moser was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident on Saturday afternoon in South Dakota.
Moser, who married country singer Wynonna Judd earlier this year, was riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle north on U.S. Highway 16/385 when he drifted across the center line and hit a southbound car. Lt. David Berkley of the South Dakota Highway Patrol in Rapid City said that Moser was taken to the hospital with serious but not life threatening injuries.
The Rapid City Journal reports that Judd was also on the highway at the time of the accident but was not involved in the crash. Judd did, however, cancel her Saturday night concert.
“Due to unforeseen circumstances Wynonna’s show at the Deadwood Mountain Grand Hotel Casino has been cancelled this evening. The show will be rescheduled at a later date. Please contact the venue for further information.”
The Rapid City Journal reports that Cactus Moser was charged with driving on the wrong side of the road and operating a motorcycle without a license.
