Chumlee Arrest Update: His Shoe Collection And Favorite Vegas Hotspots [Video]

There hasn’t been a major update in regard to Chumlee’s arrest in quite some time. Fans everywhere are simultaneously hoping for a positive outcome and wondering why the Pawn Stars favorite has remained silent for so long.

As recently reported by the Inquisitr, Chumlee is selling off some of his huge shoe collection on eBay. He still has time before his May 23 court date to raise extra money to put toward his legal fees. Interesting to note, Chumlee’s eBay store does not reference him in any way. He chose the generic name “thegarmentshop.” His description of the store is just as generic.

At this point, no one knows how much he’ll have to shell out to avoid jail time. With a total of 19 drug-related charges and one sexual assault charge looming over him, the Pawn Stars favorite faces the possibility of a gigantic financial crisis as well.

One thing is for sure, Chumlee (a.k.a. Austin Russell) knows a thing or two about shoes. In this Nice Kicks interview, shown below and available on the company’s YouTube channel, Chumlee talked about some of his favorite shoes, shoes he’s always on the lookout for, and some of the other items he collects, such as art pieces and vinyl figures.

If you’ve ever wanted to learn more about collecting sneakers, this video is quite informative. Better yet, it gives you a glimpse of Chumlee’s personality outside of the pawn shop. He’s probably not as goofy as you think.

Until then, you may see him at one of these Las Vegas hotspots. According to Men’s Journal, not only does Chumlee appreciate certain works of art, but he also appreciates body art. He gets his tattoo work done at Showroom Tattoo. One such design, located on his leg, depicts a Samurai warrior walking down a tiger. While there are several qualified tattoo artists on-site, Russell suggests making an appointment ahead of time, so you won’t have to end up going elsewhere.

Although it may be a secret to some, Chumlee is a big fan of the Runnin’ Rebels. In fact, he has courtside season tickets to all of the UNLV basketball games, which are held at the Thomas & Mack Center. Chumlee recently explained his excitement about the game this way.

“The atmosphere is crazy. the fans are screaming, the noise is just ridiculous. I definitely do my share of yelling. It’s something to do that’s not your typical thing to do in Vegas.”

Haze Nightclub, located in the Aria Resort & Casino, is apparently a great place to go if you don’t want to go to a club full of Las Vegas tourists. When he’s not working the night shift at the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop, Chumlee can often be seen partying with the best of them.

Some of Chumlee’s shoe collection comes from a little Las Vegas boutique, located near the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Undefeated Las Vegas not only sells mostly limited sneakers, but the store also offers their own brand of clothing.

Do you frequent any of Chumlee’s favorite Las Vegas hotspots? If so, have you ever been lucky enough to see the Pawn Stars favorite in person? In regard to his legal mess, do you think he’ll end up going to jail, or will he luck out and avoid prison time? Feel free to comment below.
