Adam Levine Shares Photo Of His Wife Behati Prinsloo’s Baby Bump — And His Own!

Adam Levine’s wife, Behati Prinsloo, is currently expecting their first child, and according to the Maroon 5 rocker, he’s pregnant, too.

On May 3, Adam Levine shared a photo of himself and his wife and in the photo, they were both seen showing off their baby bumps.

“Week 20 and I’m finally popping! #impregnanttoo,” Adam Levine captioned the funny photo seen below.

Adam Levine and Prinsloo began dating in May, 2012, but split in March, 2013. At that time, Adam Levine struck up a weeks-long romance with fellow model Nina Adgal before dumping her and proposing to Prinsloo in July, 2013. One year later, Adam Levine and Prinsloo tied the knot in Mexico and in March of this year, their baby news was confirmed.

“I want to have 100 kids. I want to have more kids than would be socially responsible,” Adam Levine previously told Ryan Seacrest of his plans to start a family with his wife.

Meanwhile, Prinsloo was also hoping for a large brood.

“I’ve always wanted a family since I was a little girl, a big family,” she told the Lowdown‘s Diana Madison. “I’m an only child so I wanted like 10 kids…for sure.”

Us Weekly broke news of Prinsloo’s pregnancy in early March and weeks later, on Instagram, Adam Levine confirmed the news with a photo of Prinsloo showing off a tiny baby bump in a red bikini. At the time of the magazine’s report, Prinsloo was said to be 3 to 4 months along in her pregnancy.

After learning of their baby news, Adam Levine and Prinsloo, who previously endured a long-distance relationship while Levine was filming The Voice, began house hunting in Los Angeles, where they plan to raise their family.

Around the time of Adam Levine’s baby announcement, rumors swirled regarding his possible exit from The Voice, but at this point, he hasn’t officially revealed plans to take time off. That said, a contestant from The Voice Season 10 recently seemed to break news of his future exit.

“We didn’t know that [Adam Levine] would be leaving to have his family next year, so, I mean, it’s so awesome to have the opportunity to have him as a coach,” Laith Al-Saadi revealed to Entertainment Tonight in April, according to a Yahoo! report.

In March, the Wrap confirmed Adam Levine would be a part of the upcoming season of The Voice, which begins production this fall, but when it comes to The Voice Season 12, which will be filmed next spring, he has yet to be confirmed, and The Wrap claimed Pharrell Williams, who will be taking Season 11 off, would likely be back for Season 12.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight himself, Adam Levine addressed his possible exit from The Voice, saying, “Oh man, I’m gonna leave here and I don’t even know where I’m going. I don’t think that far ahead. We’ll see.”

“Using your brain too much, you’re gonna hurt yourself,” he continued of preparing for fatherhood.

As for his future with Maroon 5, Adam Levine said he and the band weren’t currently working on an album, but they do have something coming soon.

“Not an album right now, but maybe a song. Gotta keep the kids interested. We have something going on right now,” Adam Levine teased. “Soon, it’s coming… It’s on the way. It’s in the incubator.”
