Kristen Stewart Shows Robert Pattinson What He’s Missing At Met Gala 2016
Kristen Stewart showed ex-boyfriend Robert Pattinson exactly what he is missing by showing off her great sartorial choice at Met Gala 2016. She has been lauded for the Chanel dress and her smoky eye in contrast with her bleached blonde hair — all of the things that Robert’s fiancee FKA twigs did not have.

But it looks like Robert Pattinson was not bothered by the solo display of Kristen Stewart, who did not show up with her alleged girlfriend, SoKo.
“With fiancee FKA twigs on his arm, Twilight hunk Pattinson, 29, dressed for the formal occasion in a white crepe tuxedo jacket and black slacks,” reports Us Weekly. “He dashingly led the way on the red carpet of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute Gala and helped his beautiful bride-to-be up the steps of the institution.”

The 26-year-old actress definitely was not trying to compete with this happily engaged couple. Despite the fact that she has been inseparable with French singer SoKo, she decided not to bring her to the Met Gala this year.
“While the lovebirds were affectionate on the carpet, Pattinson’s ex-girlfriend of three years, Stewart, was a short distance away. The American Ultra actress, 26, attended the Met Gala solo — without her girlfriend of a month, French singer Soko — but was primped and ready to party the night away with her fellow A-listers,” reports Us Weekly.
The actor and the actress have been known for their passionate relationship, which ended with a scandal. They have tried to make the relationship work, but at the end, it dissolved in pain and unhappiness. When she was asked to describe her split, she said it was “incredibly painful,” according to the Daily Beast.
But since then, both of them have moved on, with the 29-year-old actor getting engaged to FKA twigs and the 26-year-old actress exploring her sexuality with SoKo. Kristen and the French singer were seen weeks before the Met Gala on the streets of New York, showing that they were very much in love.
“[S]eemingly inseparable couple Kristen Stewart, 26, and Soko Sokolinksi looked the picture of contentment on Wednesday as they took another romantic stroll around New York’s East Village,” reports the Daily Mail.
There have been rumors that these two were also going through some split issues, but only time will be able to tell if this new couple will be able to make it through the terrains of romantic relationships in Hollywood.
But romantic relationships are not the only thing on her mind. She recently announced that she is making her first directorial debut with to Refinery29.
“The Twilight star is one of 12 female creatives making films for women-focused media company Refinery29,” reports BBC News. “Fellow actresses Gabourey Sidibe and Chloe Sevigny will join Stewart under the umbrella of Refinery29’s ShatterBox Anthology. Oscar nominee Sidibe will direct her own short film titled A Tale of Four Women.”
Her relationship with SoKo, as well as this female empowerment project with Refinery29, shows that the young Hollywood star is getting more and more concerned with her artistic voice as well as vision as a female artist.
She has been in great spirits recently, though, with her new movie Cafe Society having clinched the spot for opening Cannes Film Festival this year.
“The trailer for her next film, Woody Allen’s Cafe Society, just premiered last week,” reports the Daily Mail. “And it’s apparently left Kristen Stewart in a great mood, as she was all smiles during a casual trip to the shops on Friday in Beverly Hills.”
