Adam Levine Talks Wife Behati Prinsloo And Baby Amid Miley Cyrus Feud On ‘The Voice’?

Adam Levine and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, are preparing to welcome their first child as the Maroon 5 singer reportedly feuds with Miley Cyrus on the set of The Voice.

During a recent interview, Adam Levine opened up about his wife’s pregnancy and confirmed they were expecting a baby girl later this year.

“I’m about to be a dad. I’m superpumped,” Adam Levine told Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan during an episode of Live! with Kelly & Michael, according to an April 29 report by Us Weekly. “I’m having a girl.”

As for wife Prinsloo, Adam Levine claimed she was doing well — and eating tons of watermelon.

“She’s good, man, she’s just, you know, been eating a lot of weird food,” Adam Levine said of Prinsloo. “Watermelon, that’s the thing in our house. A lot — so much watermelon. Maybe she just, like, really likes watermelon. I mean, it’s delicious. I’m glad it’s not, like, pickles or some weird thing.”

Adam Levine’s baby news was first reported by Us Weekly in early March, but it wasn’t until later that month when the singer and coach of The Voice confirmed his wife’s pregnancy with a photo on Instagram. In the pic, Adam Levine’s wife was seen lying on a beach lounger in a red bikini, which showed off her growing baby bump. In the caption, Adam Levine said Prinsloo and his unborn child were his two favorite Lakers fans.

Meanwhile, on the set of The Voice, tensions have reportedly been at an all-time high due to Adam Levine’s feud with Miley Cyrus, who starred on The Voice Season 10 as a mentor and will embark on a full-time coaching role later this year.

Last month, Us Weekly revealed news of Adam Levine’s feud with his co-star, claiming the two “butted heads” during filming on The Voice Season 10.

“They both have short attention spans,” a source close to the NBC series told the magazine. “They find each other annoying. [Adam Levine] would get agitated when Miley would interrupt him, and she enjoyed getting under his skin.”

As for the rest of the cast, the source claimed, “Blake and Miley got along extremely well!”

Days later, a Radar Online source revealed more details regarding Adam Levine’s alleged beef with Cyrus.

“[Adam Levine] and Miley were non-stop bickering during their last taping together,” the insider said. “He nitpicks almost every single thing she says. Adam seems to find Miley to be extremely loud-mouthed and absolutely annoying!”

According to the report, a feud between Christina Aguilera and Blake Shelton may have actually prompted Adam Levine’s feud with Cyrus. As a source revealed, Shelton became upset with Aguilera when she returned to The Voice because it meant his girlfriend, Gwen Stefani, would no longer be featured as a coach. In turn, Aguilera allegedly enlisted Cyrus to appear on the show during Season 11 so that Stefani would once again be absent.

However, “executives are now second-guessing their decision to bring Miley Cyrus on full time because she cannot get along with [Adam Levine] to save her life!” the insider explained.

Adam Levine has been with the series for years, and while there have been reports regarding his future exit from the show, he doesn’t seem to have any official plans to leave, which means fans may be seeing his alleged feud with Cyrus play out on the show.
