Khloe Kardashian’s Husband Lamar Odom Refuses Divorce As She Dates French Montana?

Khloe Kardashian is reportedly planning to divorce Lamar Odom, but unfortunately, it may not be easy for the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star to call it quits on their marriage.

While Khloe Kardashian parted ways with Odom in 2013 amid rumors of drug abuse and cheating and filed for divorce in December of that year, the couple was married at the time of Odom’s overdose last year. After calling off the legal proceedings, they have remained married.

Although there have been numerous claims of a possible reunion between Khloe Kardashian and the former NBA star, a new report reveals they are headed for a $15 million divorce — and that Odom is refusing to sign off on their settlement.

“Their prior settlement, which they signed off on last summer, was very clear-cut: The only asset they were splitting was the sale price of their Tarzana [Calif.] mansion,” a family source explained to In Touch Weekly on April 28. “But now Lamar wants to get as much money as he can out of [Khloe Kardashian] because the majority of his own wealth is gone.”

Following Khloe Kardashian’s split from Odom in 2013, he embarked on a life of drugs and women, which led him to a brothel in Nevada in October 2015. After partying at the establishment for days, Odom suffered a drug overdose and was taken to a nearby hospital in Las Vegas, where he remained in a coma for days. He was then taken to a hospital in California, where he remained for three months.

As for Khloe Kardashian’s reaction to Odom’s refusal to agree to their previous settlement, the source said she’s doing her best to move forward with their original agreement.

“[Khloe Kardashian] plans to ask the judge to approve the same financial settlement she and Lamar previously signed off on,” the family source said.

According to the source, Odom “has strongly hinted he has no problem asking for spousal support now because it’s not clear whether he’ll be able to play in the NBA again after his health crisis.”

Since leaving the hospital in January, Odom has been seen out and about in Los Angeles and recently returned to filming on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. However, despite his relationship with Khloe Kardashian and her family, he has reportedly changed his tune when it comes to an easy split.

As she prepares to end her marriage to Odom, Khloe Kardashian continues to maintain her relationship with rapper French Montana. A couple of weeks ago, they were photographed together at Hyde Sunset Kitchen and Cocktails. As the Daily Mail revealed at the time, Khloe Kardashian posted a cryptic message on Instagram just before her outing with French Montana that spoke of being loyal to someone who wasn’t changing their bad habits.

In recent weeks, Odom has been spotted at bars around Los Angeles, and just days ago, Perez Hilton claimed he was seen at the Local Peasant in Woodland Hills, California. Odom was also seen at The Nice Guy in West Hollywood, California, earlier this month, and at the end of March, TMZ claimed he ordered drinks during a visit to the Johnny O’Brien pub with friends.
