Blake Shelton Spotted On Daddy Duty With Gwen Stefani And Apollo, Are They Ready To Have A Baby Of Their Own?

Over the past few months, Blake Shelton has been slowly integrating himself into Gwen Stefani’s family life. With their romance stronger than ever, and Stefani’s divorce with Gavin Rossdale all but finalized, Shelton is quickly becoming another father figure for her children. Has Shelton found the family he’s always wanted with Stefani?

Radar Online recently released a few images that featured Shelton escorting Stefani and her children out of a gym in Los Angeles. The country star was spotted holding hands with Stefani’s youngest son, Apollo, 2, as the trio made their exit.

Shelton wore his typical casual attire for the outing, complete with his usual trucker hat. For her part, Stefani kept her hair up and wore a sleeveless grey shirt and blue jeans.

The sighting comes just days after Stefani and Rossdale agreed to the terms of their split. Although a judge still needs to sign off on the paperwork, the divorce is basically over.

According to the Daily Mail, Stefani and Shelton were later spotted making their way through Los Angeles with Stefani’s other boys in tow. The family sat down for breakfast in the area before fans spotted them piling into a car and hitting the road.

While Stefani and Blake Shelton shared a few family moments together, Rossdale was performing in Florida with his band, Bush. As far as their divorce agreement is concerned, Stefani and Rossdale split things evenly with both maintaining control over their music empires.

Stefani and Rossdale were together for 13 years before their split this past summer. Their divorce announcement followed reports that Rossdale had an affair with Mindy Mann, their children’s nanny.

When she opened up about her split with Rossdale, Stefani explained how it was a very difficult time in her life. Fortunately, Stefani turned to music in order to deal with the emotional break-up.

“I did not think anything. I wasn’t thinking. I was feeling and I was dying. And then I was just like, ‘You can’t go down like this!’ ” Stefani shared. “‘You have to turn this into music. You have to try, at least.’ I was so embarrassed by just everything. I just didn’t want to be that person that just went down after all of that.”

Of course, Stefani’s time on The Voice also provided an outlet to deal with her issues. Not only was her time on the show a healthy distraction, but it is also where she met Shelton. The country crooner proved to be a good companion, especially after his own divorce with Miranda Lambert only a month before Stefani’s split.

Speaking of the healing powers of music, Today is reporting that Shelton and Stefani are getting ready to release their first duet, titled “Go Ahead and Break My Heart.” The song is a track on Shelton’s upcoming album, If I’m Honest.

Stefani recently took to Twitter to express her excitement about Shelton’s upcoming album and revealed their song together. “Look what I found lying round the house!” Stefani wrote alongside an image of the song list for Shelton’s new album.

For Shelton’s part, the country star told People that his new track with Stefani was very important to their relationship. Even though the two have vastly different styles of music, he admitted that they like similar songs.

“This song’s important to us and the fact that we wrote it together is so important to both of us,” Shelton stated. “I think Gwen has a smaller circle too when it comes to writing, and the fact that we went there that early as we were getting to know each other, it’s just remarkable.”

Shelton’s album will drop on May 20.
