Miley Cyrus & Liam Hemsworth Share Vegan Diet & Rekindle Romance Amid Adam Levine Feud On ‘The Voice’ [Video]

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have been sending mixed messages to fans, friends, and even family about the status of their relationship. After almost getting married a few years ago, they broke up. But Miley and Liam recently rekindled their romance, and Cyrus even flaunted the same engagement ring that he had given her the first time that Hemsworth proposed. And as further evidence that they’ve rekindled their romance, Liam just revealed that he’s joined Miley on her vegan diet, reported the Daily Mail.

Turning domestic in Malibu with Cyrus, Hemsworth boasted that he’s even gardening.

“I’m pretty domestic, I planted my first group of vegetable plants last week – tomato, spinach, parsley and cilantro [coriander],” shared Miley’s boyfriend. “And I cook a lot too. I’ve become vegan in the last year so I make a lot of beans, rice and salads.”

As for how he feels after going vegan, Liam credits his new diet for boosting his energy so that he can improve his workouts and also helping him sleep more soundly. Cyrus also has been vocal about her vegan food plan, which she began last year.

Hemsworth, who stars in the sequel Independence Day: Resurgence, told News.com.au that the filming of the movie made him decide to go vegan.

“I went vegan for the Independence Day shoot and I felt really good so I continued. I have more energy, my sleeping is better, and I have more endurance in my workouts. Also, I did some research about cruelty to animals. Ethically, I didn’t feel good about supporting those industries. It’s not good for the environment, it’s not good for people and certainly not for animals.”

Among his favorite foods: Vegemite. But although Liam is happy to talk about food and going vegan, he’s not so eager to discuss the details of his romance with Miley.

“Obviously I know people want to know what’s going on, there’s a lot of interest there and I understand that. But I don’t feel the need to go out and tell people about it. It’s more simple that way,” explained Hemsworth.

When it comes to the film, however, he enjoys contrasting the sequel to the original.

“It’s bigger and better!” declared Liam. “It’s a continuation of the story 20 years later but it is a lot bigger than the first one. Everything that comes along with these aliens is bigger.”

However, despite that enthusiasm for aliens and vegans, Hemsworth repeatedly has denied the reports that he and Miley are engaged again, noted Vogue.

But in recent months, Cyrus and Liam have celebrated the New Year together, and Miley subsequently flaunted her engagement ring again. Cyrus then was spotted outside his Malibu mansion with a moving truck.

Earlier this month, Miley went as Liam’s date to the premiere of The Huntsman: Winter’s War followed by lunching with Chris Hemsworth’s wife, Elsa Pataky.

“I am not engaged, no,” clarified Liam amid all that evidence that he and Cyrus have rekindled their romance.

As for how Cyrus feels about the not-engaged response? Miley was feeling insecure already, scared that Hemsworth would abandon her at the altar, according to In Touch’s insider.

And insecurity led to problems, even though he does want to continue his relationship with Cyrus.

“Just as Miley and Liam were starting to plan their wedding, he had a change of heart,” explained the insider. “He still wants to be with Miley, but isn’t sure about a lifelong commitment.”

When Hemsworth issued his public denial that he is engaged again to Cyrus, she was furious. However, despite that anger, Miley still wants their romance to continue, added the source.

“[Miley] went ballistic, she accused him of humiliating her, [but] still desperately wants to marry Liam.”

And just as Cyrus is keeping their romance alive, Hemsworth is reported to be hunting for a love nest for the two of them, according to the Daily Mail.

With Chris Hemsworth, who abandoned Los Angeles for Byron Bay with his wife and their three youngsters wife Elsa Pataky and their three children last year, as his role model, Liam is looking for a home that he and Miley can share close to Chris.

Amid all these challenges in her romantic life, Cyrus also is experiencing some issues in her new role as key adviser on The Voice, according to Us Weekly.

“[Miley] totally butted heads [with Voice coach Adam Levine],” a source told Us Weekly.

Cyrus and Levine are easily annoyed by each other, added the insider, but Miley actually is enjoying the feud.

“They find each other annoying. Adam would get agitated when Miley would interrupt him, and she enjoyed getting under his skin.”

In addition, as they film the new season of The Voice, Cyrus is joining Levine as a coach, and their feud has exploded, according to Radar Online’s production source.

“Adam and Miley were non-stop bickering during their last taping together,” revealed the insider. “He nitpicks almost every single thing she says. Adam seems to find Miley to be extremely loud-mouthed and absolutely annoying!”
