Kim Kardashian, Beyoncé Feud: Kim K Tried To Steal Bey’s Spotlight
Are Kim Kardashian and Beyoncé in a feud? On Saturday night, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star tried to steal Queen Bey’s spotlight when the Lemonade HBO special and album dropped at exactly 9 p.m. EST.
While everyone was all a buzz over Beyoncé’s Lemonade, Kim Kardashian thought it was the perfect time to spam her social media accounts with some racy new photos. The Beyoncé and Kim Kardashian feud rumors reignited when the starlet tried to break the internet yet again. While Beyoncé was debuting her new visual album, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West attended a friend’s wedding in Miami.
Just minutes after Beyoncé debuted her HBO special, Kim shared a series of racy black-and-white photos from the wedding on social media. She took to both Instagram and Twitter to post over a dozen photos, one right after another. Whether or not Kim scheduled these posts ahead of time was not the question. The timing of these posts surely was not coincidental.
Some of the photos were rather provocative and confusing in nature. Some photos showed the starlet baring her breasts and suggestively eating cotton candy, while another showed her making out with her husband, Kanye West. It was rather a strange choice of photos to share from a wedding.
Kim clearly didn’t want the internet to be talking about Beyoncé’s new album. But Kim doesn’t have any talents such as singing and dancing. So what else can a girl do? Share some scandalous photos, of course. Fans quickly noticed Kim’s attention seeking ways and took to Twitter to tell her to stop stealing Beyoncé’s big moment. Some even sent Kim a series of bee and lemon emojis to let her know what’s up.

This isn’t the first time that Kim Kardashian and Beyoncé have sparked the feud rumors. Rumors last swirled when Beyoncé and Jay Z were a no-show at Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s wedding. Sources claimed that Beyoncé didn’t want to be BFFs with the reality star even though Jay Z and Kanye West are best friends.
During that same year, Kim took to Instagram to post a photo that made fans think mocked Solange Knowles’ epic wedding photos. Sources claimed that Kim and Bey went out of their way to avoid each other at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards.
“It was the first event that Kim and Beyoncé have both attended since Beyoncé didn’t show up for Kim’s wedding, so it was planned with military precision. It would’ve been a PR disaster for them to bump into each other unawares and for the incident to be caught on camera, so their people made sure that their arrival times on the red carpet were ages apart, and their seats were on opposite sides of the auditorium.”
Kim Kardashian and Beyoncé tried to settle their beef by hanging out with each other. Earlier last year, Kim and Kanye joined Beyoncé and Jay Z for dinner in West Hollywood. Sources revealed that the foursome spent two hours in the restaurant before they left in separate cars.
“It didn’t seem like they were celebrating anything specific, just getting together while Bey and Jay are in town. Bey was laughing a lot and she looked good, really happy.”
Then the feud rumors sparked again when Beyoncé wore a dress by Kim’s favorite designer, Riccardo Tisci, to the 2015 Met Gala.
Kim Kardashian may have reignited a feud with Beyoncé, but she credits herself for settling Blac Chyna’s feud with Kylie Jenner. According to a report in People, it was Kim who was responsible for getting the former friends on good terms again. Their feud started when Tyga dumped Blac Chyna, who shares a son with him, and started dating Kylie Jenner last year.
