Jennifer Aniston Went From ‘Too Chubby’ To ‘Most Beautiful’ With Organic Sugar-Free Weight Loss Diet & Yoga Fitness

Jennifer Aniston has been named People‘s Most Beautiful Woman again, but at 47, her appearance and life have changed dramatically since the first time that Aniston won the “Most Beautiful” cover in 2004, noted the Huffington Post.

Now known for her diet dedication, Jennifer confessed that she was once informed that she was “too chubby” for a role.

“I was like, ‘What?!’ But my diet was terrible,” recalled Aniston. “Milk shakes and French fries with gravy.”

Since those days, Jennifer has focused on eating right, allowing herself occasional treats such as her husband Justin Theroux’s pasta carbonara. After tying the knot in August, 2015, Aniston continues to emote about her husband.

“He makes me laugh. He’s so interesting and so interested,” gushed the actress. “He’s unbelievably talented in more areas than one and he’s just a good man.”

As for the details of her weight loss diet that helped Aniston go from “too chubby” to “most beautiful,” Jennifer shared her food diary with People.

Aniston focuses on careful food choices, as well as emphasizing the importance of a good night’s sleep.

“We’ve got to really be conscious and mindful around what we put inside our bodies,” stressed Jennifer. “And how we sleep and how we eat and how we take care of ourselves.”

In the morning, the 47-year-old beauty sips a cup of hot water with lemon added.

“It’s great to put that alkaline into your body first thing in the morning,” explained Aniston.

The actress gets her caffeine kick with a cup of coffee, adding stevia in place of sugar and low-fat milk rather than cream. For breakfast, Jennifer indulges her love of chocolate by mixing up a protein shake.

“I’ll put in bananas, cherries, blackberries, a greens powder, a collagen peptide, a little cacao powder, chocolate stevia drop and chocolate almond milk. You can see I like chocolate-flavored.”

In addition to that shake, Aniston gets protein from her mid-morning snack of a hard-boiled egg and fish at lunch, such as seared ahi tuna with cucumber and lentil salad topped with olive oil.

To stave off those hunger pangs in the afternoon, the Friends actress will sip a cup of soup or nibble on a cheese stick. Dinner sometimes includes an indulgence.

“Justin and I make pasta carbonara every couple of weeks,” revealed Jennifer.

Although she’s known for her strict diet, Aniston recently has given herself permission to treat herself to an occasional dip into her food weakness: “Salty savory.” But she emphasizes she’s learned the importance of moderation.

“I’m not as strict as I was. It was always sort of a monitored watch,” explained the actress. “Then I thought, just give yourself moderation.”

However, Jennifer does emphasize the importance of avoiding sugar, going organic and drinking lots of water, noted E! News.

“Eat as much organic fruits and veggies as you can, keep sugar [intake] low, drink tons and tons of water, and get good sleep,” summed up Aniston of her secrets.

And while she values sleep, Jennifer makes time in the morning for exercise, she told People.

Aniston is known for her fondness for yoga, and she has a trainer who takes her through a spin-yoga class.

“We spin for half an hour, and then do yoga for 40 minutes. That’s pretty intense,” admitted Jennifer.

After that class, Aniston heads to a gym. She tightens and tones her body through strength training or pushes herself through a cardio workout on the bike, elliptical or treadmill. The actress also recommends interval training.

“[It’s] really good to get sprints in, to get in that interval training, because it’s monotonous to do one pace. It’s good to pump it up and then take it down,” advised Jennifer.
