Selena Gomez Turns Life Into TV Show With Justin Bieber & Taylor Swift? Sizzles In Revival Photos Amid Lupus
Selena Gomez is turning her life into a scripted TV series. And of course what everyone wants to know is whether Justin Bieber will take the role of her leading man, with Taylor Swift playing her best friend.
Thus far, it’s known that Selena will be teaming up with Kevin Spacey to create the autobiographical drama series, and that Gomez, 23, will creating the show for Lifetime, reported the New York Daily News.
Viewers will watch Selena grow from a Disney child star to singer and adult actress, together with her famous girl squad (that’s where Taylor comes in) and love interest (prepare yourselves, Beliebers).
In addition to her health battle and inner circle with pals like Taylor, Selena has an impressive resume, beginning in 2002 with Barney & Friends Season 7 and then going to her starring role in Disney’s Wizards of Waverly Place. Add in Justin Bieber, and it’s sounding like an intriguing series.
As for her lupus, Selena recently opened up about the diagnosis and how it has affected her life, noted Self.
For that reason, Selena has opened up about her diagnosis, but emphasizes she has no desire to discuss her health at length.
“My past seems to be way more fascinating for people than my future, which bums me out … I don’t ever really like to sit and dwell on what that experience was. Was it fun? No. Is it fun to have [lupus]? No.”
Focusing on her career, Gomez is combining her new role as executive producer with planning her Revival tour.
Selena has been sharing some very sexy photos prior to that concert tour, and those pictures are showing just how Gomez earned the title of Queen of Instagram, noted Hollywood Life.
That combination of smoky eyes, dramatic black gloves and topless look make it clear that this Revival will be one to remember.
Marking a milestone as her second solo concert tour, the Revival Tour starts in Las Vegas, Nevada at Mandalay Bay Events Center on May 6. Selena will complete her tour in Tokyo, Japan at the Tokyo International Forum on August 3, 2016.
Fans can even get their own Revival tattoos, noted Gomez on Instagram.
While Gomez smoothly manages all these aspects of her soaring career star, it’s not going quite so smoothly in her romantic life.
The most recent meeting with her off-again-on-again boyfriend Justin Bieber occurred when Selena attended his concert and the two reportedly were talking about getting back together, according to E News‘ source.
Gomez spent time backstage with Justin at his Purpose World Tour concert recently, and the source revealed that they are discussing reuniting following the end of their respective tours.
The former lovebirds also have delighted Jelena fans (Justin + Selena) by going back and forth on Instagram. Bieber posted a throwback photo showing him passionately kissing Gomez.
In turn, Selena reciprocated with her own “feels,” indicating that she liked it and commenting “Perfect.”
But Gomez has been careful about how she refers to Bieber, recently explaining that she feels the public perceives their relationship in a different way than she does now.
“I’ll forever support him and love him…We grew up together. I think people want it to be different. We’re too young for that… I respect him. And I think he respects me, in a healthy manner.”
Adding to the intrigue, Justin had been dating Hailey Baldwin in off-and-on as well. In addition, as the Inquisitr reported, Bieber and Kourtney Kardashian have been hooking up repeatedly for months.
However, both Justin and Kourtney are keeping it casual and just enjoying their flirtation for now without a commitment.
As for Selena’s own romantic life? In addition to Justin, Gomez has been linked to both Charlie Puth and Samuel Krost, as the Inquisitr noted.
