Miranda Lambert And Anderson East: Are They Ready For Marriage And A Baby?

Miranda Lambert and Anderson East are reportedly headed towards marital bliss.

According to the latest report regarding the couple’s relationship, Miranda Lambert and East are ready to wed and hoping to beat her ex-husband, Blake Shelton, and his new girlfriend, Gwen Stefani, to the altar.

On April 17, the Parent Herald claimed Miranda Lambert was thinking about marrying East before the year’s end. Meanwhile, her ex-husband and his leading lady have also been rumored to be in talks for a future wedding, but up until earlier this month, when Stefani and Gavin Rossdale’s divorce was finalized, it didn’t seem possible.

News of Miranda Lambert and East’s possible wedding hit the web earlier this month, just days after the couple made their red carpet debut at the Academy of County Music Awards in Las Vegas, Nevada.

“[Miranda Lambert] and Anderson have a crazy-strong connection,” a source told In Touch Weekly magazine, via Hollywood Life on April 13. “An engagement announcement will be coming soon.”

Miranda Lambert and East have “been ring shopping. They are planning to get married before the end of the year. Miranda has even talked about a date in early fall, right after she finishes her extensive concert tour,” the source continued.

The source went on to reveal that while Miranda Lambert took things slow with Shelton, she now feels that should have been a “red flag,” as she started to consider marrying East much earlier in their romance.

“[Miranda Lambert] knows what she wants and she wants Anderson. It just feels right, so why wait?” the source said.

As for her feelings about Shelton and Stefani’s potential nuptials, the source claimed, “[Miranda Lambert] will absolutely get some satisfaction from beating Blake and Gwen to the altar,” but so far, no confirmation of Shelton and Stefani’s wedding has been revealed.

Miranda Lambert and East have stayed mum on any potential plans to wed, but according to a report by OK! Magazine last week, they have already agreed on some of the details.

As a source revealed, Miranda Lambert and East “agreed that it should be a down-home Southern wedding, most likely in Nashville, Tennessee, with a lot of music.”

In addition to their reported plans to get married, Miranda Lambert and East are also said to be looking forward to starting a family together.

“They both have discussed wanting kids one day,” a source told E! News. “When they are both not on tour, they are with each other. They video chat or text and keep connected every day. [Miranda Lambert] is definitely in love with Anderson. She is in the best place of her life now and looking forward to the future!”

Miranda Lambert parted ways with her ex-husband, Shelton, in July 2015. A few months later, following the debut of his and Stefani’s relationship, she confirmed she was dating East. At the time, Miranda Lambert chose to confirm her romance with East by sharing a photo of the two of them cuddling together on Instagram.

Although Miranda Lambert has mentioned East a few times on social media, she has stayed fairly silent about their romance, as has he. She did, however, make a surprise appearance at one of East’s shows on Valentine’s Day, where she embarked on a duet with East to Mariah Carey’s “Always Be My Baby.”
