‘Teen Mom OG’ Star, Farrah Abraham Buys An $900K Townhouse In Los Angeles, Checks In About Her Relationship With Simon, And Sophia Opens A Fashion Boutique

Teen Mom OG star Farrah Abraham is on the move. TMZ reported that she bought a townhouse for $845K in Los Angeles and planned to move in as soon as next week. People broke the story that Abraham decided to move her daughter, Sophia, to LA. The new home has four bedrooms and a loft and three car garage, with roughly 2,700 square feet. Not too shabby for a reality TV and (former) adult actress.

“[I’m moving] hopefully Monday. I just passed the house on the way here because it’s by the studio so I’m like, I made the right choice.”

Farrah explained that being close to the beach was important to Sophia, which translated to being important to her. Abraham told People that she really thinks that moving to LA was the right decision for her, and will be close to the studio for filming. There have been numerous reports that Abraham recently landed a job in Hollywood, and her move brings more speculation about her new acting job.

For several weeks, Farrah has been posting vague social media posts asking her followers to guys what type of show she was filming. So far Abraham has omitted reality TV and a cooking show, so it looks like she may be involved with a scripted television series?

“I really felt like for my personal life — to see my daughter happy at the beach and we can do so many other things while we’re here, so to be closer to the beach is a big deal for us right now.”

Moving is the only good news in Abraham’s life; Sophia opened her own fashion boutique in Austin, Texas, called Sophia Laurent Store. Farrah reported that she has had great reviews from the media and is in high demand.

“What I’m most proud of is Sophia is really into fashion. She’s opening up her own Sophia Laurent boutique store in Austin, Texas. She’s mentioned in New York Fashion Week. She’s in children model magazines. I’m so proud of Sophia and that doesn’t even really impact her real life. She’s just been so successful on her own so that’s just awesome to me.”

As for her relationship with Simon Saran, they are taking things slowly and are not back together, just yet. They are still undergoing therapy with Dr. Jenn and claims it has helped their relationship tremendously. Farrah explained that she and Simon are close friends right now, and if it develops into something more, that would be great too. For now, they “are taking it one day at a time.”

“I mean right now we are under Dr. Jenn’s orders. Dr. Jenn is our therapist. Really just take it one day at a time right now. We are doing [therapy] on our own right now. You’ll probably see that on the upcoming season of Teen Mom OG.”
